I have tried a few other rental property expense tracking apps, but one requires a desk top version first, and others are older fashioned and less user friendly. When I found LandlordsPropertyManager, I feel at home right away. It’s easy to navigate, to enter information. I also like that it’s categories are aligned with categories on income taxes. The charts have good colors, I can see individual property cash flow and also the whole portfolio cash flow. I also like the features to text or call tenants, so I can communicate with them. I wish there can be a reminder feature that can reminds me to renew the lease or do inspections.

I think this will work well for me.I was able to get up and started right away and I can see that the developer is actively updating LandlordsPropertyManager . I wish it had a line item for tracking mileage for travel.
