as i complained before about my previous neighbor above my apartment about so much noise from his kids and no body any action and i went to adcp many times and i called and no responded and when small complain coming for my kids because they were just playing for less than 10 minutes from weirdo neighbor she lives alone and she is mysterious and she threating my kids which is not allowed and adcp quick come next day and i'm paying more than her and living before here and no one complain about me and they are kids want to play little bit in corridor as there’s no facilities for kids in the building and outside direct is a street with crazy driver ! so bad from adcp
This is the worst leasing experience I have ever had. The apartment we were given keys to head so much damage, mess, and unfinished work that it was not able to be moved into for another month. We’ve had to run behind the maintenance team still since June and they are ignoring our messages. We have gone to the ADCB office between my husband and I nearly 10 times.
It’s easy to fill in complaint, but of no use, since suffering for over a year from continuous leakage of washroom ceiling from the floor of the washroom of the flat on the upper floor (imagine how disgusting is the leakage from floor of the washroom of upper floor)
They barely fix anything and if they do, they take ages to do so.
Very bad
Need to allow for more than just maintenance issues for apartment. Need to be able to describe issues with the building.
