I love the healthier options at CS but the last 5 times I’ve ordered something has gone wrong. They usually leave something out or take super long to prepare it. This last time I ordered through ChopshopLoyalty for curb pick up and called when I got there to have it brought out, they said it would be right out and 20 min later I still hadn’t seen my order so I went in and it was just sitting on the counter. When I asked employee about it she just said “oh sorry bout that!” Disappointing and I even left a tip when I placed the order. 🤦‍♀️

ChopshopLoyalty is difficult to use. There is no purchase history, so if you order something new and like it, good luck remembering it. You can save an order for future use, but can’t make a change to that saved order. Also during checkout they add a tip without telling you and without making it very clear - seems like this was more of a priority than basic order history. The tip is ridiculous because their employees literally just pack the order and hand it to you when you go to pick it up - they don’t even have to take the order, what do they need a tip for? I should be getting a tip for having to use this complex app!

Food is great but ChopshopLoyalty was updated a few months back and customization of protein bowls is no longer accurate. Each protein bowl includes several core ingredients that can be removed/modified. ChopshopLoyalty doesn’t tell you these ingredients are included, nor does it let you remove them. This used to be possible in ChopshopLoyalty , but this functionality was removed. Please fix this oversight.

I order from here at least once a week, but ChopshopLoyalty and website make me want to scream. There is nothing user friendly about it with the exception of modifying the particular food item you’re about to add to your bag. You also can’t use both a gift card and credit/debit card, so you have to reload to be able to use the remainder of a card. And using rewards is a pain. I prefer paying a little extra and using DoorDash for the convenience and better interface.

This is my favorite place to order from when I’m busy and need delivery. The food is amazing. However, my order only comes complete half the time. The last two orders were missing half my delivery. They are good about refunding the missing items. However, I just paid delivery fees, tip, and service fees for a full meal and only received a salad. When I ask for the rest of my order I have been told to place another order, meaning I can pay delivery fees twice to get my meal. I have tried two different locations and both have had issues with delivery. If you want people to use your app to order, the delivery should come complete for all the added fees we are paying.

ChopshopLoyalty is fairly good but the developers have yet to fix a bug in ChopshopLoyalty . Once you order and go to pay there is a bug where it automatically adds a tip for pickup even though I am going to pick it up myself. I’m not sure if there is a way to reach out to them to let them know about this bug so I am adding it to this review. The bug that they have yet to fix makes it seem like they don’t pay their employees well enough and I would think they would like to fix that issue so that people don’t automatically think that when ordering from ChopshopLoyalty .

Much cheaper and faster than Postmates for delivery! Seems to have most everything on ChopshopLoyalty , but there are a few glaring updates that need to be made. There is no way to customize an order on ChopshopLoyalty . For example, I don’t like salad dressing. When I click “remove salad dressing” it forces you to pick a substitute dressing and there is no button for “no dressing.” Another example is in the store if I want to swap the the base of a salad from arugula to kale I can do it easily. But on ChopshopLoyalty there is no option to swap. Overall a decent app but hope they make some updates this year

A colleague of mine gave me a gift card that I loaded onto ChopshopLoyalty. I was able to use most of the money. I have approximately $9.50ish of the gift card left on my app but unable to use towards orders greater then the balance. I keep getting an error making me remove the gift card so I can place my order. I tried to use the balance on the website as well but same issue. I did contact the company but they stated there is nothing they can do. Seems like something that should be figured out instead of just leaving it.

I love the food and app is fine except that a 15% tip on carry out is added every time automatically. I have to go out of my way to remove tip or change the tip. An option should be given to add tip, it shouldn’t be expected. If I hit place order too quickly then I’ve been charged 15% tip for me to pull up to a drive through window and pick up my food.

The management and service at the Park/Preston store in Plano is excellent-in particular Amanda who is the assistant manager.
I will give a 5⭐️ review when ChopshopLoyalty allows me to remove cheese from the raw salad. Right now if you click remove cheese, you still have to choose a different cheese rather than no cheese at all.

I love this place. Easy to order on ChopshopLoyalty & the food is fresh, tasty & well-priced. So 5 stars overall but 3 for today. My facelift juice was awful! Sour like it had too much lemon & pineapple & someone forgot the carrots. It didn’t look right either. Yellow instead of orange. However I will continue to eat here unless something becomes consistently bad.

LOVE og chopshop!! for ChopshopLoyalty a couple of helpful things would be:
*display the FULL address, suite, building name for the 3rd party deliverer (only the street address gets printed)
*add a place for a tip (pick up and delivery!)

Ordered again from my new favorite place and all went smooth.

Hey heads up. Pass reset creates a wall with an error that prevents login. Has two users trying to log in and order. One could be ever get through pass reset “Error”. The other still had difficulty logging in. Maybe some user testing? Hope so cause we love the food at this place though we spent well over 30 min persisting on trying everything possible to work around log in issues.

I live 2 minutes from this place & it has become my go-to every morning. I love the staff in the Downtown Chandler location & now that they have ChopshopLoyalty. I am loving the easy ordering & rewards that come along with it!

I love the Chop Shop app. It’s so easy to use - and because of it I order from
Chop Shop more often than other places. Restaurant apps are often buggy and lack good design. This one is not that way. It’s aesthetically pleasing, makes ordering a breeze and it’s easy to customize my food.

Quality. Fresh. Variety. Fair pricing. Best takeout restaurant chain in Phoenix, AZ.

Some items leave more to be desired as far as selection, options and add ons. But outstanding job and record considering every other non fine dining restaurant.

I love this place. I will drive 30 min just to eat here. You get a lot for your money. All the product are fresh and firm. Especially the tomatoes. I hate soft tomatoes. I only wish they would offer just veggie bowl. Or cut the price because if you had meat it extra. So if they keep the meat. It should be subtracted.

Very easy to navigate through ChopshopLoyalty . Every time an order is placed thru ChopshopLoyalty you earn rewards for free menu items!

Also, soooo worth the $3 total charge for delivery...with zero hidden fees, or getting overcharged on items if you substitute or add-on. The delivery drivers are much for presentable, and much faster to delivery. Forget about using Postmates, and have all restaurants follow Chop Shop’s lead!

ChopShop has quickly become my favorite place to order from and are so accommodating to all my dietary restrictions such as gluten and dairy. Their app makes it so easy to order and their delivery is quick!! I use to always use DoorDash but after getting delivery directly through ChopShop, I will never go back to DoorDash again. The delivery drivers are very friendly, quick, and seem to actually care. Not to mention you get rewards everytime you order directly through their app which gets you free food! 10/10 would recommend, amazing job ChopShop!

Love ChopShop. Healthy, tasty. Lots of choices and so far I've enjoyed all. ChopshopLoyalty is user friendly and makes customizing easy. I discovered ChopshopLoyalty after using Uber for delivery. All around higher review for ordering with app direct over 3rd party. Very satisfied. Thanks ChopShop!
