Hi am using Protake on a Samsung Galaxy A13 5G and would like to know if I can reset the white balance presets or they will stay manual? Other thing is whether it is possible to record onto a separate memory card or simply internal memory?

目前Protake在iPhone上选择外录到外置硬盘会有两个严重问题： 1.素材文件会失去标有摄影机号、卷号、后缀登的专业文件名如A001C00045_240107_U40H，会被简单粗暴地标为IMG_0001、IMG_0002...... 这种计数规则会在文件被删除后开始重新计数，比如将IMG_0046删除后，下次开始录制会再次记录为IMG_0046而不是跳过46从IMG_0047开始，非常容易导致素材重名造成巨大混乱。 2.App机内完全无法回放已录制的外录素材，录制到外接硬盘上的素材对于Protake App来说就好像不存在一样，完全无法回放。 这两个问题导致Protake的外录功能对于要求稍高的拍摄基本处于不可用状态，希望早日解决。 手机型号：iPhone15ProMax512GB。Protake版本4.0。外接硬盘格式：Exfat和APFS。

Currently I'm using protake (3.0.9) on a Samsung S23 Ultra. I cannot find the way to enable portrait and other modes. And when I go to settings - accessories and then to Protake Focus, when I try to enable this I get a dark grey window where I can only click the cancel button

Hi, I love this app! For iPhone 12 Pro storage reasons (which have been corrected) my 11.39GB video filmed with Protake did not save to my device. I can see the file under my phone's storage settings for this app under "Documents" but can only seem to delete but not save or send that file. Is there a way to access the file from within the app's Documents & Data and salvage this video? Thank you for your support!
