Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Smart Tasks app issues:

Clear Smart Tasks App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Smart Tasks app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.

Again, got Smart Tasks » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
