CarrsDealsDelivery does not let you make any choices. It will just keep having you put in more more words to try to get what you want and if you’re having problems already downloading CarrsDealsDelivery you’re really going to have problems trying to get CarrsDealsDelivery to deliver it to your home or even try to pick up I kept out putting it in for today to go pick it up but then after I’m all done paying for it it says no you can only go pick it up on Monday the 26th I don’t want my food after Christmas so it should tell you that right away and then the searching is very tedious as you have to have Word for Word identical and I don’t have some of those words I know what I want but now I can’t even get my order and I have no way of canceling it before Christmas so $400 and I can’t change my order so that they already got my money and here I am it won’t let me. I had all my coupons in there and now they taking them out charging me $455 and I won’t even get it till after Christmas. I don’t need the food then he’ll be too late. I want my prime rib today not after Christmas is over so let me know how you can cancel my order.

We own a large catering company in Alaska. Used to access the Carr’s / Safeway app all the time. Now it never works. Ever!!!

We max out our ‘points’ towards $1/gallon off at their gas station. We spend a LOT of money on groceries.

Tried talking with the store employees - not interested.

Not anymore. We are done.

Cannot access app, or see what is on special = driving our business to their competitor, Kroger / Fred Meyer. And that includes our personal pharmacy items.

Sorry Carr’s / Safeway. You blew it and continue with your non responsive attitude as this has been going on for several months. Your IT / marketing folks just do not care. And no - it’s not a Covid era thing.

The only useful thing about CarrsDealsDelivery is the deals which is why I’m okay with the 1 star. However Delivery will not happen. Believe the lack of stars. The stores can’t assist and their only contact is a chat line that you have to wait forever for. I had to cancel my order after waiting until WELL after the time-frame. It’s not worth the time, energy or money.

Update- I got a response from their little Developer and I reached out and guess what.. they still DID NOT HELP. I waited a week for my refund for the delivery that didn’t show they kept saying oh we did submit the refund and did NOT. I had to dispute the charge with my bank because they flat out refuse to acknowledge that they did not follow through on their end. CarrsDealsDelivery should have 0 stars. Fair warning.

First time using it they took my money for an order then it never showed up. I asked them about it and they won’t give me any info except that they are “sorry for the inconvenience”. That doesn’t cut it when they still haven’t refunded my money. Sounds a lot like theft to me.

They won’t give me anything but a form letter style email response and have told me on several occasions they would call me with an explanation and have failed to do that simple task as well. They don’t care about customers enough to give them a simple explanation when they failed to receive their order.

Order at your own risk.

For two weeks now, I have not been able to use CarrsDealsDelivery to do my shopping at cars. The search functionality is giving an error message.
Service Problem

I can still use the buy again feature from my list, but then I have to go online to add anything that I haven’t purchased in the past. And it’s annoying.

I contacted customer service and chatted with a representative that basically told me that I should just go online if it isn’t working. I wanna make sure that this gets reported to the developers so that they can get it fixed. I’m a software developer myself and if you don’t know somethings a problem, then you don’t know it needs to be fixed.

I continue to use CarrsDealsDelivery because I am liking the customer service that I get at Carrs by the personal shoppers there. But CarrsDealsDelivery is certainly not the reason why I am using Carr’s.

Can not access my pharmacy information, sent an email last week, waiting for a reply. Called help line they were unfamiliar with my problem and said to take it to the pharmacy. The pharmacy could not get CarrsDealsDelivery to work and pointed me back to help. Tried chat, they were unfamiliar with the problem said they will pass it on to IT. Waiting on IT.
What a shame Carrs/Safeway has no body who can trouble shoo their app.

CarrsDealsDelivery is horrible. Why do I hate to go through Safeway’s app to gain access to Carrs? I want my Carrs app back! (You can’t see me kicking and screaming like a toddler, but just use your imagination.) There aren’t any Safeways in Alaska. You purchased the Carrs chain, and must still have to contractually use their name. We know it’s a Safeway so there is no need for us to go to Safeway app and be directed to the Carrs app.

I can no longer view the weekly ad. This has been going on for months.

I’ve had trouble adding items from the weekly ad to my shopping list on CarrsDealsDelivery for a while but I could at least go to the browser to do so. However, this past week, they completely removed that option! Per Customer Service:
“Mary: Thank you for waiting, upon checking there's a system enhancement including the weekly ad, as of this weekend, you will no longer be able to clip items from the weekly ad to your list from the website or view item details. As well as use the Weekly Ad Search feature.”
This is certainly no “Enhancement”. It means you need to juggle two sources for weekly ad deals & personalized deals, takes much more time, loses the convenience of having items grouped by store location, and will result in a higher demand for paper ads.
Carr’s used to have the best shopping app but they are going backwards while their competitors (like Fred Meyer) are moving forward to increase convenience on their apps. You are now officially the worse app.

I can’t place an order through CarrsDealsDelivery because it won’t let me save my phone number at the check out screen. The “Save and Review” button remains gray even after there is a green check mark next to my phone number. Frustrating that I can’t use the service through CarrsDealsDelivery .

UPDATE — finally went to the website from a browser and was able to add my phone number at the check out screen. My phone number shows now in CarrsDealsDelivery at the check out screen. Hopefully CarrsDealsDelivery administrators fix this so that no one else has to go through this workaround.

I clipped multiple coupons, and I have been to 3 different carrs today (Muldoon/northern light, Boniface/DeBarr, and old Seward) and multiple coupons were not working. Very irritating physically showing the cashier (and a store director non the less) that the coupons were clipped, valid, and I had the appropriate products, but they don’t know apparently....feel free to refund all the extra money I had to spend because your app don’t know it’s coupons !!! 😡😡😡

Carrs - Needs to think about requiring senior citizen customers to push over 150 icons every week on CarrsDealsDelivery to get the sale prices! Why make us do that each week?? How about anyone over 65 years old gets all sales item automatically setup in their account so they don’t have to manually do that every week?

Please make this change.

I'm in a situation where I can't get out and drive to get my groceries. Carrs has made it so simple to have everything I need delivered to my home and the fee you pay up front is worth it and more for the coupons, perks, and unlimited deliveries. CarrsDealsDelivery is saving my life rn. 😇

I have used Instacart pretty regularly; the benefit of using the CARRS app is that you're not getting the insane markup that instacart sneaks in at times. CARRS app also keeps you up and up on coupons and sales.

The new interface looks great. It's nice that I'm able to see my digital receipt and past purchases through CarrsDealsDelivery . I also love how I can see the weekly ad on CarrsDealsDelivery ! I recommend this to anyone who's looking to save some money.

New update has me completely locked out of your ads! Had issues until your latest update!
Just another frustration!

I had to erase your application and reinstall it to work. Also your application says you don’t have Greek salad but it is available in the store. I really like it but I am visually impaired and I can’t drive. It is also very expensive to buy pop at your store. Some items are twice as much as in other local stores. Vilma. Anderson.

Thank you Carrs for having the option to use $ off rewards, during the high inflation times.

CarrsDealsDelivery took my 6 points that I had it in my wallet for 3 dish soap that I had it stored there. They took out the 3 items and took my points as well. I was not happy with it. I made my points so I can get my rewards and y’all just took it off with my points. That was not cool at all. Make me an offer and my I can change to a 5 star. Because CarrsDealsDelivery was great until y’all took my points with your items.

Should work nowirh no problems!! I can’t get it to clip coupons dl different things n it takes points off I never asked it too or applied them to things I didn’t want!!!
Also if I have a connection it shouldn’t take me two hours to randomly scan a barcode n download the digital coupons but it takes forever and most time- like now- it does not work!!!!!!
