The app does not let you make any choices. It will just keep having you put in more more words to try to get what you want and if you’re having problems already downloading the app you’re really going to have problems trying to get the app to deliver it to your home or even try to pick up I kept out putting it in for today to go pick it up but then after I’m all done paying for it it says no you can only go pick it up on Monday the 26th I don’t want my food after Christmas so it should tell you that right away and then the searching is very tedious as you have to have Word for Word identical and I don’t have some of those words I know what I want but now I can’t even get my order and I have no way of canceling it before Christmas so $400 and I can’t change my order so that they already got my money and here I am it won’t let me. I had all my coupons in there and now they taking them out charging me $455 and I won’t even get it till after Christmas. I don’t need the food then he’ll be too late. I want my prime rib today not after Christmas is over so let me know how you can cancel my order.

The only useful thing about this app is the deals which is why I’m okay with the 1 star. However Delivery will not happen. Believe the lack of stars. The stores can’t assist and their only contact is a chat line that you have to wait forever for. I had to cancel my order after waiting until WELL after the time-frame. It’s not worth the time, energy or money.
Update- I got a response from their little Developer and I reached out and guess what.. they still DID NOT HELP. I waited a week for my refund for the delivery that didn’t show they kept saying oh we did submit the refund and did NOT. I had to dispute the charge with my bank because they flat out refuse to acknowledge that they did not follow through on their end. This app should have 0 stars. Fair warning.

First time using it they took my money for an order then it never showed up. I asked them about it and they won’t give me any info except that they are “sorry for the inconvenience”. That doesn’t cut it when they still haven’t refunded my money. Sounds a lot like theft to me.
They won’t give me anything but a form letter style email response and have told me on several occasions they would call me with an explanation and have failed to do that simple task as well. They don’t care about customers enough to give them a simple explanation when they failed to receive their order.
