After I did not renew my free trial, this app initially disengaged from my account, but then suddenly began performing their “services” again without my authorization claiming that they were giving me more free time to decide.

After I insisted on canceling their service, which was not an easy task, my email all of a sudden a few days later began being bombarded and assaulted by outside spam emails completely unrelated to my previous purchases or online activities (I mean 100s emails from all over the world at one time).

COINCIDENCE or is this company playing dirty? Needless to say, I don’t believe in coincidences, but I want others to be aware.

I wish apple would kick SaneBox into the sun. If there was negative stars. This would get all of them. If you install this insane box crap. You will be spam emailed from hell and it never ends. Try it if you want more spam. And you can’t unsubscribe!

I need a technology encyclopedia in order to operate this software. And I just don’t have the time to look up one. So therefore I can function with this software. The developer believes that he discovered gold. In his design. But his layout is very complex and I just can’t see user-friendly to functionality in this platform. It’s just me. Because SaneBox has high ratings. So forgive me for being on the slow bus.

But SaneBox just is too buggy and undermined the service. Had to delete it to get value again from the awesome this app service.

Good concept , sort of reliable. SaneBox has to be the worst designed app ever . Also the filters don’t pull the names of the emails but it tell you the email address from where it was sent that makes it very hard to find emails .
Good concept but please for that prize you must do better at designing a decent app. It’s really terrible and unusable

I’ve just started using this aplication — and so far it’s blown me away. The interface is a little confusing, but I’ll get over that. Best of all the 50 or so nuisance emails have disappeared!

I like a lot of email filter customization. The simple “news” and “junk” in other free emails apps doesn’t work for me. Server side rules are way too difficult to group properly, and app side rules are bloated and process hogging. This service is finally the solution I needed!

Pricing is reasonable and customer service is super responsive and helpful, even with unique requests. Features are added regularly, rare bugs are addressed and fixed, and SaneBox is very functional. Can’t ask for much more!

I’ve tried ALL email clients for Mac and could not find any with good combination of performance, hotkeys, and filtering. Suddenly no client is the answer.
Using this app in combination with Mailspring and LOVING it!

Im an old guy at home and this app cleans up so much crap for me. If you run a business i don't know how you could do without this tool. And Customer service is second to none.

SaneBox is a great companion to the this app service. It allows you to manage your less important mail from your phone from anywhere.

I had 20,000 emails and the thought of going through and deleting them all was a pure anxiety-inducing nightmare. this app helped clean up those emails with an easy-to-understand method. Love the fact it creates folders for your inbox and you can train certain types of emails where to go so that moving forward, every email is organized exactly where you want it to be. I wish this wasn’t free for just a trial, but this may be one of the first apps I decide to pay to continue using when the free trial ends.

SaneBox has solved the only problem I had with this app: digests on mobile. Now I can easily get 1 notification per day and go through every single email I get. Great job. Keep improving the best email service out there.

Amount of crap in my inbox was horrifying! With a little effort with the daily digest, immediate huge improvement. Highly recommend for Outlook for Mac using Microsoft Exchange Server, which has no ability that I’m aware of, to mark and keep spam out of the inbox!

I’ve been using this app for so long I can’t even remember — eight years? It has fundamentally changed the way I relate to my email for the better. Now that there is an app it is even more useful and integrated. SaneBox is simple yet powerful. It does exactly what I need it to do in an elegant manner. I will never go back to using email without this app.

I highly recommend using this mail management system which I have had over 6 years. It brings complete order in managing the dreaded in box. This new app is fantastic - it speeds up the user process even more! The customer service is exceptional. I had to contact them twice with the new app and the response was immediate and responsive to my concerns.

I have tried every email management software out there and this app is the only one that substantially improves how effectively I can handle ~400 emails per week. One downside is that SaneBox and website look like they were designed in 2008, but you rarely have to use it because it automatically manages your email. Once it is set up it functions behind the scenes.

I’ve been a subscriber with this app going on my 2nd year. The service is good, the customer service (on rare occasions I have questions) is amazing, and SaneBox that now goes with it just makes it even better.

I procrastinate on skimming the digest of the AI trainings to review them for accuracy sometimes, but SaneBox looks to make that simple.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE that I can now perform custom swipe and button actions now. Yay for SaneBox, this app + SaneBox are the best thing since broadband internet became available.

(oddly, the service has been around almost longer than broadband. There’s no surprise why! I have no idea why so few of my friends know about it, except that it’s difficult to explain to people who are intimidated by anything techie.)
