When I'm sharing my screen during a video conference the guests cannot see my video or other member´s videos. My colleagues also have this problem. I´ve been working with Voov for a long time now, and I think it's the best conference tool I´ve ever tried. The possibility to share the screen and to see each other was one of its most valuable features. I hope you would be able to fix it soon.
When I start voov on Windows and use Wechat for login, I follow the steps to scan and confirm login but it always says "identity authentication fails', Please help.
When I am online with one of my friends, they are unable to annotate. The choice to allow them to annotate is greyed out. this does not happen when I am using the app with other guests. How can I or they fix this?
Hi - I have the lastest version of Voov downloaded on an M1 MaccBrookPro laptop. I am an English teacher and use your pltform to teach Chinese students. I am in Xi'an and so are they. We are online due to another lockdown. The only problem I am experiencing with VooV meeting is that there is no audio when I play a video via the screen-share. I can hear it perfectly on my side - and the speakers test okay, but my students report no audio is heard. I have checked the box (on the left side) when I share my screen to enhance video, but nothing changes. I have since stopped using videos, which is a nuisance until I can find and resolve the problem. Any advice? What could the problem be? Thank you
Voov annotations do not erase when I go to the next slide. They used to erase. Now I have to manually erase them for each new slide.
Good day, There seems to be a problem with Voov Meeting. I am based in South Africa and have been using this site for over a year. All of a sudden it says my network is unstable.
