Good day, There seems to be a problem with Voov Meeting. I am based in South Africa and have been using this site for over a year. All of a sudden it says my network is unstable. I have had my fibre people out and its not on my side. This is a major problem. Please can you assist me. Kind Regards, Nicole Smuts

I am unable to join Vov from either phone or laptop. It says 'network exception, try later’. I've been trying many times but still not solution. It was working well 3 weeks ago. Please help me.

I can't access my Voov Meeting on my laptop after I uploaded my software to windows 10 (Sept 25th, 2021), but both on my phone and my mum's laptop it works. What setting should I check? it only says "Network exception. please check your network setting" but my network is ok.

Same problem. Network exception. Retry again later (or) Identity Authentication failed in both laptop and mobile.

Last month, I can use this app without any issues, but this week I faced the same issues at 3 times. I even can't log in as well as can't join any meetings with my colleagues and friends. It always shown Network exception and another one was identity authentication failed. So, it there any way to solve these issues. Thanks, Xay

Dear Team, I have been using VooV meeting without any problems since January 2021. From today, June 4th 2021, I have problem to connect to a Meeting. It says: "Network exception - try again later". I tried several times, but it does not work. I update to a new version of the App, but it does not solve the problem. Network test is ok . Please let me know how to solve this problem. I can't join the meeting both pc and phone. when I join always display as "network exception" but I test the network in setting is normal.

I recorded a meeting and part way through the conversion process we had a hardware problem and we only had small part of the meeting recorded. I have the original files wenmtv etc How can I start the conversion process again?

When I try to join a meeting on the VooV ap for Mac, I get the error message "Network exception - try again later". I can connect OK through the VooV ap on my cell phone, but I would like to use the larger screen on my laptop. My laptop is a MacBook Pro and I am running MacOS Big Sur 11.2. I would appreciate a quick reply, as my meeting starts in 9 hours.
