1 year agoGood day, There seems to be a problem with Voov Meeting. I am based in South Africa and have been using this site for over a year. All of a sudden it says my network is unstable. 2 years agoI can't access my Voov Meeting on my laptop after I uploaded my software to windows 10 (Sept 25th, 2021), but both on my phone and my mum's laptop it works. What setting should I check? it only says "Network exception. please check your network setting" but my network is ok.

2 years agoLast month, I can use this app without any issues, but this week I faced the same issues at 3 times. I even can't log in as well as can't join any meetings with my colleagues and friends. It always shown Network exception and another one was identity authentication failed. So, it there any way to solve these issues. Thanks, Xay

2 years agoI have problem to connect to a Meeting. It says: "Network exception - try again later". I tried several times, but it does not work. Reinstall the app still the same.

2 years agoDear Team, I have been using VooV meeting without any problems since January 2021. From today, June 4th 2021, I have problem to connect to a Meeting. It says: "Network exception - try again later". I tried several times, but it does not work. I update to a new version of the App, but it does not solve the problem. Network test is ok . 3 years agoI recorded a meeting and part way through the conversion process we had a hardware problem and we only had small part of the meeting recorded. I have the original files wenmtv etc How can I start the conversion process again?

3 years agoWhen I try to join a meeting on the VooV ap for Mac, I get the error message "Network exception - try again later". I can connect OK through the VooV ap on my cell phone, but I would like to use the larger screen on my laptop. My laptop is a MacBook Pro and I am running MacOS Big Sur 11.2. I would appreciate a quick reply, as my meeting starts in 9 hours.

Shady product developed by a shady company - avoid at all cost!
I recently dialed in for a VooV Meeting which was set up by another person using one of the app’s US access numbers. Few weeks later I received an international call bill from my service provider for over USD 700 for the meeting call. Apparently, VooV app dialed a Chinese number without users awareness. Two other meeting participants incurred international call charges as well. I tried to contact Tencent for help, but the answer was “we couldn’t duplicate the problem, so we couldn’t help you...” I can see now why Trump administration is trying to ban Tencent’s apps, such as Tiktok and WeChat.

Compatibility Problem
I have tried to create my VooV account several times hoping this is fixed. So, I am an expat living in China. I have only a Chinese cell phone number. When I try to create my account, it says, “No, if you are a mainland China use, you must use Tencent Meetings.” However, Tencent Meetings is not in the US APP store where I get my Apps! So, therefore I cannot use Tencent Meetings nor can I use VooV. Kind of a big problem for all of the teachers right now in my situation trying to teach our classes using software that is stable in China. Zoom and Skype are not that stable. So, what am I supposed to do?

5s lag, Horrible terms, demands phone numbe
You need to sign 3 consents just to get the app open, and you must provide your phone number. The app also probes your local network like printers and your company network structure. The video and audio ids not synced (lags around 1s) and all data goes through China Tangent, as a result even a connection between New York and Beijing or London has 5s lag between speakers. Horrible! Just use zoom or Skype or anything else really.
