I have a problem with Both Sides

User reports:
No current problems

- Messages get deleted after two seconds of sending them during the debate

- Can't see who's following you or who likes your post

- Can't use emojis and see how many comments

- Notifications aren't notifying properly

- No customization for notifications

- Can't kick people out of chat as the debate creator

- Can't DM people or like messages

- Text bar takes a long time to send and the app is laggy when switching between debates and pages.

- Can't click on news feed and use that as a point of entry to debate that news feed.

To resolve Both Sides network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Both Sides App
1. On android, goto Settings » Both Sides » click [Force Stop]

Clear Both Sides App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Both Sides » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Both Sides.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Both Sides » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Both Sides » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Both Sides
