Update: EaseFax does not sync between my iPad and my iPhone . I faxed on my iPad and my three credits are still there and the fax actually went through successfully. When I go to EaseFax on the iPhone it’s like I’ve never did anything.

My iPhone shows zero credits . I paid for five faxes. I send one fax with 2 pages. It said it was sent but they never receive fax. I go back to re-fax and I have no credits or evidence of my old fax. EaseFax has no customer support.

Response to your comments : There is no app support in EaseFax . None of the buttons work except for the button to fax and the button to pay money. There is no button for app support.

Oh my lord! This was a nail biting most stressful frisking task!!! I HAD to get this thing in by 5:00! And it’s Friday! It took so long I thought it was my phone so I finally figured out how to delete or stop the fax. Something also very difficult to do. That cost me 1.98. So I thought to try one more time thinking I would be able to use my $1.98 again. Oh no I had to pay again for my one page front and back, considered to be 2 pages. That one would not stop aping so I had to grab keys run to nearest fax. They were closed!! Went to another store. . I faxed costing me ANOTHER $3.98!!!! AND it was ten minutes late which means they won’t get until Monday like I said. Just unbelievable! I used to use efax. Was free and so easy. Gave you so many free then you’d have to pay, but but the free was a lot. They don’t do that anymore darn it

Well I'm already committed to keep using it from buying a bulk package of 300 pages but I'm betting I should have chose a better app.

Needs to be updated for obviously quality of life improvements:
-being allowed to actual check which images you have selected instead of a bad thumbnail (for some reason you can only after in the process of sending)
-letting you select more than one image at a time to add and not go through three menus each time
-don't keep the previously faxed images selected when making a new fax (I doubt this is commonly helpful as an intentional feature), or at least, again, don't make me remove them one by one and second-guess if my previous fax is being affected

I'm not going to pretend I know how long a fax takes through a service like this or not but it was at least 20 minutes each time before I checked back and saw a confirmation screen instead of a processing one (they assure you a significant wait is normal).

. The reason for the 4 stars is that the price per page is a bit high at .99 unless you buy multiple. I purchased 10 credits at 6.99. My first fax was 2 pages of my own and 1 cover sheet that I filled out on EaseFax I had to use 3 credits to send the cover page as well. With the high price of credits you would think the cover page would be a courtesy. But other then that this is most wonderful and saved me a ton of time thank you much.

I send 1-3 page long faxes maybe 4 times a year, so buying a subscription would be insane. I love being able to open EaseFax, pay a reasonable fee and send faxes. Thus far, my intended recipients have received them at least on the day they were sent and often quite promptly. The bureaucracy of some larger organizations can cause delays of faxes reaching the correct person or dept. That happens whether using a traditional fax machine or e-fax. The 4 stars is because it took about 5 minutes to send a 2-page fax today. Most of the time, it is much quicker. Please don’t change this to a subscription plan!

Well trying to send a document through fax I was met with constant headaches and when I ask for a refund because my documents were not sent I was told that there’s nothing that they could do about it. The customer service department then try to act as if they gave me a free credit when that was the promotion. Overall don’t use EaseFax it comes with too many headaches.

EaseFax is so user friendly that there is no way you can mess up. The instructions walk you through each step of the way and the price of the fax is much cheaper than if I had to put my jacket on, drive all the way to fed ex, and wait forever to use their fax machine. I really am grateful for EaseFax and I have used others but I am sticking to this one now its just foolproof. Thanks to the developer for creating it.

Three things- 1. Very affordable and ability to pay as needed instead of an ongoing subscription for something you may use infrequently 2. Very easy to use - simple step by step app 3. Ability to send files, photos of documents and has a built in scan feature so regardless of what needs sent there is a way to upload it from the phone. Highly recommend!

I have used EaseFax for over a year and found it to be the perfect solution for someone who needs to send an occasional fax. They provide Great service, super easy to use, pay only for what you use platform for faxing services from home or anywhere. Had a minor issue that I reached out to them with, I received a prompt response, and they resolved the issue for me without hassle. Excellent customer service!

This is the first time using EaseFax, so far ,so good. so I’mRating EaseFax five stars . love the fact that you don’t have to pay for a membership its a pay as you need and not expensive at all . it’s way cheaper than going down somewhere having a Fax done or having to buy a fax for machine. especially if you only fax once in a blue moon. no need to have a membership for that, so I’m thrilled with this company .. thank you so much for having this..

EaseFax worked great for my limited needs. It took me a little longer than I expected, but that’s my issue and not EaseFax ’s issue. The only thing that would be nicer, is if you could add the note or front page out of order. In other words, I got the documents all gathered and at the end wanted to add a front page, but when I went back, I lost my “fax” so I had to start over. Just have your ducks in a row and it will work great!

I’ve had EaseFax for years now and it works great. It’s also honest about keeping one’s Fax Credits over time- Just don’t lose that password & login email ! It’s a must for any software App. Even though I’ve ported it to new iPhones- iPads- My Credits are still here. It’s just a matter of reading carefully to login after not using it for a long time. Honesty & Integrity seem to be in short supply these days, so even though it would make more money, putting a time limit on credits, it definitely would upset many people who rarely use a fax service, like me. This would put long term corporate viability in jeopardy at the expense of short term revenue. As one never knows when it may become necessary to send a large volume of Faxes for any reason that might arise.

I have tried so many of the different faxing apps until I found this one and then I looked no more. It is so easy to use and always sends my faxes correctly. It’s also the best one to attach a clear photo if you’re faxing one. I tried sending a picture with others and it was just a black-and-white blur. Another thing I really like is you buy only the amount of credits that you need to send a fax. The other apps wanted me to buy a certain amount a week or a month or a big bundle which isn’t unnecessary if you don’t fax very often. I use EaseFax to fax questions to my parent’s doctor. It’s so much easier than calling getting voicemail or holding to speak to someone.

Don’t fax many documents on a regular basis. But I found the perfect app for my situation. Easy to use and easy to pay for. Done by buying credits at a discounted rates sent three pages for just $0.80 cents a page. Cheaper then going to the UPS store, when they charge $5 for the first page and $0.50 for every page after the first. For those that need to send a fax once a month or once every other month or just to send a one time fax. This is the perfect app!

Who uses faxes any more? Well some still do. Needed to fax something to a title company as they did not have a secure email option. A pay as you go model is exactly what I needed. It’s been about 5 years since the last time. I hope these guys do well because for those of us who occasionally need to fax something, this is perfect. The application worked as advertised although the interface is a little clunky but very usable. I did offer some suggestions and the developer is super responsive and helpful.

EaseFax is awesome! I am not an important, fancy, corporate bigwig or the chair of major NGO. I’m just a dad and a husband. Really, just an ordinary, average guy who on occasion, needs to send a fax. This is why EaseFax is so great. I don’t need nor do I want to pay for subscription to one of the other fax apps. This is perfect, I buy 10 or so credits and that should cover me for the year, if not, I get a few more. Either way, there is no commitment or monthly payment required it’s just there when I need it. If you’re like me and only need to send a couple faxes here and there, this is definitely EaseFax for you!

It takes paying attention to all the steps the first time you use it. I made the mistake of entering my phone number in the beginning rather than the number I was faxing to because I didn’t read the word “To”. Once I did it worked perfectly. It does take some time to transmit the data, but now that I know that I will be more patient. It’s a great system if you only occasionally have to fax something. The other apps want you to subscribe to monthly or annual subscriptions that you have to remember to cancel. Perfect app for the occasional user.

I'm serious. EaseFax is very friendly to use. My only problem was when I decided to include the cover letter after the fact, going back to do so whipped out the pages of files and photos I already selected. Then upon going back to redo it all I found I had to wait till the snag in Dropbox or connections due to the cloud Dropbox was showing emptiness. Freaked me out for a moment. Then found something to occupy my attention till everything was back to where it was. Then this time, cover page first, then all the rest. My girlfriends interested in including EaseFax to her Arsenal.

I have been nothing less than highly satisfied since I’ve been using the this app application.

EaseFax is like a life raft on an ocean vessel, you don’t use the raft every day; but when it’s needed, you need something that you can rely on. I have used this from the beginning, I think and the developer has always been there to answer a question when needed. It is easy, point your cell camera at the item to fax and what could be easier. As a retired developer, if this were my work, I’d be proud. Good work Paul.
