first of all, the ad you’re given isn’t anywhere near the amount of money THEKKING gains from all the ads you have to watch in order to vote for your idol. Secondly, the fact that there was no time given for when the ad would go up for stays is already unprofessional and the fact that it just never was put up is awful. I’m a carat, and we spent money trying to win just as much as stay did since it was neck and neck the whole time. this whole app is a scam. No one is even out in Times Square during corona virus anyway and the amount of time and money we put into this isn’t worth a one day ad

THEKKING really crashed on us in the last few minutes when we could’ve won.

we were never given the prize we were promised. we worked hard and in return were scammed. awful.

stray kids’ fans, stays, as well as other fandoms, such as carats, worked hard and SPENT THEIR OWN MONEY in hopes to get their favs promoted in times square. we were promised the ad would play AT LEAST the whole day, but it was only played for 20 seconds, and NO ONE saw it. first of all, from all the money they received, they could’ve allegedly kept it up for a MONTH. secondly, these people didn’t keep their promise and weren’t true to their word, how does a good 24 hours reduce to 20 seconds? fans were waiting in times square for HOURS in the heat, and got NOTHING. absolutely disgusting, do better.

Give me back my money—your app kept crashing while voting and yet you still took my money?

i am one of the many who voted for stray kids and spent time to collect the votes. however the advertisement was not even shown, and the time was never specified. address this, don’t make excuses. this was highly unprofessional of your company, and we will not be using THEKKING again

I can’t even get into THEKKING . It stays on the first screen upon opening then crashes.

THEKKING would not stop crashing and logged me and many other people out.

They made a whole fandom (stay) lose money, time and effort in their app to make skz win an ad in Times Square NY, which we won and the ad never showed up on Time Squares, they robbed us!.

1. Kept kicking many ppl out
2. Ads wouldn’t load
3. You shouldn’t be using your money for votes?

Lied about how ling the ad was going to be put on. Straykids fans worked hard to get them an ad on Times Square for a whole day like we were promised but it was shown only for 20 seconds which is not nearly enough. Kpop stans dOnT waste you’re time and money on THEKKING

to think i spent money on THEKKING to be able to get my idols a well deserved my billboard only for it to play for 20 seconds when with the amount of money made from fans by either spending actual money or watching ads could have had the ad stay up for way longer than even just a day (which is apparently the amount of promotion time that was initially promised) i am just severely disappointed and mostly wish that i could have my money back 😑 will definitely be uninstalling THEKKING as soon as september ends- my condolences as a stay to the other fandoms that have also spent their money on this wanky, stanky, junky, wacked on crack app

stray kids fandom, stays, won a billboard ad at times square in new york to promote them. we were promised at least a FULL DAY of promotions. fans stayed outside for 5+ hours waiting for the ad to come and it NEVER DID. apparently the ad was shown but only for a few seconds... literally nobody saw it. WE WERE NOT GIVEN WHAT WE WERE PROMISED. the fandom worked hard, spent money, and voted. yet stray kids barely got any promotion from their billboard ad. we were straight up robbed.

I am using this to vote for my favorite kpop group. I understand that you can watch 10 ads per hour. But I watched 10 ads at around 11:30, then it’s 12:00 and THEKKING cannot load ads :( please fix it or tell me what I can do. Also, I try to do missions (like quizzes) but those also are not working

THEKKING kept crashing when I used it. When I was trying to finish my voting it wouldn’t work. So I’m displeased with the fact that THEKKING wasn’t working at that time. However, other than the fact that THEKKING was being petty and didn’t let my voting go through it was a nice app. So I rate it a 3.
