I’ve tried to connect the Kairo Pro to both the phone and Xbox app, and it’s simply will not recognize the headset on either version of RazerAudio at all. $170 headset simply doesn’t work as advertised.

Tried turning the headset off and back on. Tried turning my phone off and back on. Tried disconnecting it from the Xbox it had been paired to. Tried making my iPhone 12 forget the device and re-pair it via Bluetooth. I tried everything, and RazerAudio will NOT recognize my brand new, just out of the box this afternoon headset. Fed up with garbage quality from Razer. Will be returning this and buying something else from another company whose products at least have the basic functionality that’s advertised.

I downloaded RazerAudio in an attempt to alleviate some of the woes that came with buying my Razer Kaira Pro. The mic is too sensitive, the audio breaks regularly, and there is constant mic feedback. I have taken many steps using the Xbox app which helped a little with the audio but nothing has been able to fix the overly sensitive mic. I want to like this headset but it has been a nightmare.

I bought a pair of halo infinite Kiara Pro headphones a few days ago and they have never shown up in the razer audio app but will connect via Bluetooth. I don’t know if I’m just incompetent or if there’s a problem with the electronics. Please help.

The new update removed razed hammerhead true wireless gen 1, why? They were supported in there own app, then they moved to RazerAudio, and now they’re gone, why? Horrible change, I need to be able to customize my controls yet I can’t.

I got a pair of hammerheads for Black Friday (a huge mistake as they don’t work at all) and it turns out they won’t connect to RazerAudio . After re downloading RazerAudio and restarting my phone I’m stuck with dead headphones and a useless app. I used to love razer, but this has been a massive black mark on them for me

This is the worst app ever!! My razer kiara headset connects to my Xbox one but when i disconnect it from the Xbox to try and pair it w the razer headset app each time it says “unable to find device make sure it’s on & in range” MY HEADPHONES ARE SITTING DIRECTLY ON TOP OF MY PHONE!!. These headphones are wayyyy over priced to have these type of complications don’t waste your time with this company!!

You will not be able to use your Razer hammerhead true wireless earbuds anymore after updating. Lost power/connection to my right earbud since updating, will not be getting any more Razer products.
Reaching out to them is pointless too just automated responses.

The headphones say connected with RazerAudio and on my Bluetooth settings shows connected but music plays out of the phone the headphones. Also it does not show up on my phone when searching for compatible devices. Only able to connect thru app and then no sound.

Got a pair of the razer smart glasses, saw it needed an app (which doesn’t exist anymore) but saw that RazerAudio works with it, connected it once, great, saw it needed an update but battery wasn’t high enough yetWaited to fully charged, turned them on great, connected to phone, perfect connect to app, failure every time

I was really excited to get a new pair of Razer Kaira Pro headphones since it had an app to adjust lighting and sound. I couldn’t get the headphones to connect to this or the RGB app. It had the latest firmware, I restarted my phone, headphones and tried to connect and it didn’t work once. There is a reason why this has such bad reviews because it doesn’t work. I see how diligent the company is to apologize for the bad reviews but they should spend that manpower to fix the apps to make a better experience for those that buy their products. My review is of RazerAudio and not the headphones. The headphones did connect to my Xbox as well paired with my cell phone via Bluetooth but why have an app if it doesn’t work?

The batter Percentage that RazerAudio gives you is most of the time wrong like I’ll check my battery from RazerAudio and it says 60% but then I’ll restart RazerAudio and then it says 100% Evan tho there definitely not at 100% but other than that RazerAudio is ok.

My app is claiming my headphones have 75% battery but the constant voice in my years yelling “low battery” say a different story. It’s very frustrating trying to figure out what battery percentage my headphones are at if RazerAudio claims they are fine (the only place to actually visually see the battery %) but the headphones are constantly beeping.

I recently got the Opus X headphones. Overall, these are some pretty good headphones. However, the only thing RazerAudio can do that isn’t built into the headphones is change the equalizer, and even then, they only provide presets.

One thing I hoped to change were the default settings of the headphones. Normally, I would want to use the gaming mode of the headphones, but because the default of the headphones is normal mode, I have to change it every time I turn them on. Thus, I hope a feature is added to RazerAudio where the default settings can be changed.

Another cool feature would be to customize the button actions. Maybe I could make the volume up also be held to activate voice command, etc.

TL;DR: The more options the better, and RazerAudio lacks those options.

I liked the Razer Anzu and before the latest update. I’m using my iPhone (latest) and when glasses set to highest volume it would play about 30% to bearly audible. If I lower the volume to like 50-60 % it would play little louder, correctly.

Developers PLEASE fix and test the updates. Lol

Note: I tried repairing and everything and volume is extremely non audible.

Can not see a graphic for each of the presets (THX, amplified, vocal, enhanced bass, enhanced quality) like shown in RazerAudio store. I can only see the text.

Would be nice if a firmware update allowed customization in the future.

I like the control this apps gives you, but there is something wonky about the accuracy of the battery charge levels. When opening/closing the charger you get differing percents.

I wish I could control the volume with my Bluetooth hammerhead earbuds. Also, the taps are very insensitive which is pretty inconvenient. I have to hold down the button for a bit to get each tap to trigger whereas AirPods need the lightest and shortest tap to trigger the tap. The fact that I can’t control the volume with the earbuds is pretty inconvenient.

RazerAudio is ONLY for the onboard control of the glasses. To connect audio you do the same as you would any other Bluetooth device in the settings app. The razer app is just to see battery level, toggle game mode or remap gestures.

I adore my Razer BT kitties!
But RazerAudio cuts off the last two audio options, please update it so I can get the enchanted quality or make the buttons smaller so they fit. Other than that I’ve had 0 issue and I’m honestly just found my forever brand and headsets.

Just got my hammerheads and RazerAudio works perfectly. I like all the different options like turning on gaming mode more easily and the different equalizer settings.

I updated my hammerhead pros via RazerAudio and the left bud won’t charge anymore, when it does it drains in seconds! Terrible product why would you sabotage your own product like that? #RazerPhone3

The headsets do perfect through a console or PC, but when you own a headset that says it will work on RazerAudio and it does not. I own the razer Kaira Pro and have both my Bluetooth and headset on and does not find anything. Big waste of time

I got the hammerhead wireless earbuds and after ONE use the right side does not I reset, trouble shoot and can’t get them to even connect to RazerAudio I will refuse to ever use or buy anything from them till they fix their stuff

I didn't even get to try out RazerAudio because you only have two anime style headsets to choose from.
Where are the rest of the headsets?
Useless app.

I see how this could be cool, but there are only 2 headsets that are compatible.
