SM41 has the same core problem as their web app. It doesn’t do what it promises simply or even well and there has been no noticeable improvement in the 5 years I have been using it. And, it was not great then. Further SM41 has a more limited feature set. My biggest gripe is no noticeable improvements in 5 years.
SM41 was super useful to change shift timings in real time if a colleague comes in late or has to leave late. But lately it doesn’t let me do it. If I try to change the end of shift timing from 5 to 6pm, SM41 moves it to 12pm and doesn’t change.
Constantly locks up.
Can’t cancel requests.
Can hardly press the save button because it’s too close to the outside edge of the screen.
Months aren’t labeled, so putting in requests for a few months from now is difficult.
SM41 has potential but is really lacking. Needs constant updates to fix bugs. Time clock does don’t work and just gos to 12am. Should just let us type in time.
