The app has the same core problem as their web app. It doesn’t do what it promises simply or even well and there has been no noticeable improvement in the 5 years I have been using it. And, it was not great then. Further the app has a more limited feature set. My biggest gripe is no noticeable improvements in 5 years.

The app was super useful to change shift timings in real time if a colleague comes in late or has to leave late. But lately it doesn’t let me do it. If I try to change the end of shift timing from 5 to 6pm, the app moves it to 12pm and doesn’t change.

Constantly locks up.
Can’t cancel requests.
Can hardly press the save button because it’s too close to the outside edge of the screen.
Months aren’t labeled, so putting in requests for a few months from now is difficult.
