Utilized GoodtoGoWeDeliver for the first and last time. Ordered and was charged for food that took 2 hours to make it to me. Attempted to contact the business about the order and all I got was an answering machine or someone picking up the phone and hanging it up. The contact us in GoodtoGoWeDeliver is not responded to and seems like once they charge your card, no one is able to be spoken to...Definitely a problem with GoodtoGoWeDeliver , as it seems to stop working halfway thru the order..

Would not recommend utilizing this service.....could definitely see an issue with being charged and having to dispute something that was never received.

I was able to use grab n grub successfully and wanted to try this to expand on more restaurants. However I cannot make it past the address section. I tried using the verified address which pops up automatically but I keep getting the prompt that there is no address. There needs to be a better option of manually inputting actual physical addresses. This is Guam where physical addresses can be difficult.

Menu is not updated. Delivery price is not updated. Nothing is updated on GoodtoGoWeDeliver. I order from GoodtoGoWeDeliver frequently and I place the same order and I will receive a call that the food I ordered is still not available. Please update your menu and delivery price so I don’t place an order just to receive a call to change my order or that my delivery price is wrong.

Too expensive, either lower the delivery rates or the minimum requirements to order. 20$ minimum plus delivery fee means 30$+ for fast food, plus extra food i didn't want in the first place that i only ordered to meet the minimum. Its a waste, and depressing. In addition, the wait times can be absurd. You benefit since its universally the only delivery app on Guam.

As an employee of Subway and have encountered my fair share of Good to Go employees, I can tell that they all like what they're doing. Based on some of the ones' I've encountered, they are all so well rounded, funny in some cases, and is just an overall great experience with them. In fact, they always make sure that the orders are to the customer's expectations and ensures that it's complete. Their consideration and respect towards the workers of Subway are impeccable as well, so it is definitely recirpocated back.

I have used Good to Go several times and have been very satisfied with their service. The food was always delivered before expected delivery time. Definitely my go to for food delivery service.

I haven’t had a bad experience with GoodtoGoWeDeliver yet. If google maps can’t find my precise location, I input the closest road to me and the driver will find me anyway.

I love that GoodtoGoWeDeliver is easy to use, not overwhelming at all for new users. I appreciate that the restaurants are categorized to make it easier for users to find a specific cuisine. They have a great selection of restaurants as well. I was craving a burger and was able to get a combo and a dessert at a pretty good price. The delivery driver was very professional and my food was delivered fresh. Will definitely order from Good To Go again!

This service is great! We just moved here in Guam. Being stuck in a hotel without a car (for now) has been very difficult to get food. This service is fast and very convenient. The delivery people are super professional- always in uniforms, very kind, with positive attitude. They carry your food in a special bag / case to make sure your food is delivered nicely and fresh.
