Allbirds is garbage, as soon as you make the payment Allbirds closes automatically and it doesn’t give you an order confirmation or a receipt, but they charge your credit card and you don’t have a way to prove it without an order number. Also you try to get in touch with customer service and they don’t answer.

Very frustrating to continually be marketed your products only to waste my time downloading the apps and shopping. When you have almost no supply avail except in tiny foot sizes you should probably pull your ads. Or how about increase your inventory. Not a good taste for your product

Allbirds is not ready.

When you need to return something, when you click on the item, the order number doesn’t auto fill, causing the user to go back and memorize a longish number. There are other problems with Allbirds but I already have a job and finding bugs for this app isn’t it.

Gotta say birdies, this has really soured me on your brand, esp since I had to download Allbirds to order sneakers that didn’t even fit.

I have about seven pairs of this app, sevens are two small eights are too big but 7 1/2 is perfect but unfortunately most of your shoes do not come in half sizes. That’s a real bummer because I would probably buy more of them. I also saw you IPO and I would have bought your stock but due to not having half sizes and every shoe style you offer I declined on buying shares. I still love your shoes😊

I love this app and have bought three pairs of shoes from them because they’re SUPER comfortable, durable, sustainable, and cute. I have size 12 men’s feet... but I’m a woman. Now, most of the time with this app this isn’t a problem since the bulk of their styles are pretty unisex and the men’s shoes come in cute colors too! Give stars there. The problem is, the Breezers (women’s flats) only go up to women’s size 11 meaning that those of us who wear a size 13 in women’s shoes are out of luck.

Please, please, please consider making the extended sizes of the Breezers an app perk or just adding more sizes to that one style since there’s no equivalent in the men’s line. I was so psyched to see the announcement about Allbirds and a reference to custom options. I had hoped for more sizes and was totally let down. All things considered, it’s a slick app and this app is a great company. But please show your large footed ladies some love - there are more of us than you think!

Cool app! I love the virtual try-on feature. It actually works surprisingly well. And using Apple Pay makes check-out so incredibly speedy. Overall, Allbirds creates an enjoyable home shopping experience.

The only thing I don’t love about Allbirds is the promotional notifications. Like today I got one about this app being featured in Time magazine. I don’t see any way to opt out of marketing notifications in Allbirds , so I had to turn off all notifications. Unfortunately that may make me miss out on notifications that are actually helpful, like order shipping notifications.

Great app! Allbirds is easy to use and intuitive. I love this app, and Allbirds gives me easy access to all of my favorite products. I love the “try on” feature - how cool is that?

I am a net promoter of this application. I would refer it to a friend. My favorite feature is the ability “try-on” the shoes via augmented reality. It was really designed with the end-user in mind.

There are virtual reality incorporation into Allbirds, and it is fantastic! The fact that I can virtually try on my shoes via my camera, is simply amazing. I really enjoy what this company is about, and the products that they produce. I’m happy to be a lifetime customer!

I’ve had bunion problems for years and this app is the first shoe that I actually enjoy wearing.
Most comfortable shoes on the planet (especially the running shoes).
Plus I like their environmentally conscious design.
Really love the virtual try on software.

Allbirds is incredibly user friendly, love being able to toggle through all their shoes without having to use a “back” button. The virtual feature is such a great addition - you can even try the shoes on dogs (can we get some Alldogs??) 😂 Great app!

Allbirds is great! I just had to put in my email and it automatically had my account details. I love that you can put in your choice for carbon footprint offset. The try on feature is fun! I look forward to using it when I get my next pair of this app!

I can shop for my favorite shoes now with the easiest of apps. Clean and well thought out. All the colors are there to choose from! I love the organization. The try on feature is the most fun part and can confirm for me what the shoes will look like. Now the best and most convenient way to buy shoes. Love this company and their app!
