Why did y’all take away ADT Go, that was a mistake. SoSecure is useless, and if you really cared about your customers, with all the bad reviews, this would have changed back to ADT Go. You need to bring ADT Go back, it was one of the selling points of ADT, you did not even ask your customer base. Bring ADT Go back. Bring ADT Go back. Bring ADT Go back. Bring ADT Go back. I absolutely agree with others that have issues or dislike SoSecure... it’s completely a joke... for as much as you pay for ADT shouldn’t this be free... however 2.99 is fitting because what the hell does it do. I am confused... so it’s a timer to go from A-B and if you don’t do that it alerts contacts?? Then where is my family’s location, speed (teens) anything ADTGO did... crash detection... I mean what in the world were they thinking... totally ditching SoSecure... like someone else mentioned I absolutely would NEVER recommend this and if I could go with half or no stars I would... super disappointing!!

That was the whole point of my having SoSecure. Getting rid of this, waste of my time and money. ADT should learn to not mess with success—the original ADT Go app was accurate, useful, and easy to use. This version is a failure as far as I am concerned.

ADTgo was by far a better app. This new app I barely use or see a need for. ADT comes swinging out of the gate with a great app only to replace it with something that has none of the features it’s better product had. SoSecure I’ve accidentally sent alerts just trying to figure out how to use. Start tracking apparently sends so many alerts. My wife alerted me and all of my family on the responder list several times when I took too long and she couldn’t get a hold of me after going to the ER. We now use find my iPhone more than SoSecure. It’s terrible.

I only downloaded because ADT doesn’t give FOBs anymore and how is my keypad across the house going to be helpful in an emergency if I can’t get to it. Most of the time SoSecure doesn’t open it just gets stuck on the blue screen, or it tells me there’s connectivity problems-when the rest of my apps/internet, etc. Is working fine

With the ADT Go app we could see where our children were when they left the house (when it was working), but SoSecure only has the SOS feature. I hope they add this feature soon since ADT Go will no longer be supported.

I'm testing out this app. I've watched you improve SoSecure over the last 5 months and it looks better. Self explanatory guidelines for each icon I tap on. Now you offer roadside assist and crash detection. You're competing with OnStar now. LoL
I am considering going with your 1 year premium subscription.
I also work with another app that does public safety like this app. If you keep improving SoSecure, I might be tempted to come work with you. Thanks for making SoSecure and improving it so quickly.

I’m able to track my son as he walks to school and I live on the other side of town 🦾🦾🙌🏾.

Really helped me to locate my teenager in a long hike yesterday. No one was in danger but I felt better using this technology as a Dad. Glad I signed up for this app.

Use this every time I feel unsafe on the go! Great tool to have in a big city!

I feel safer with SoSecure because sometimes I don’t know where I am so I couldn’t tell 911 if something happened.

Very reliable. Need this service because of the prevalent, un xpected lawlessness in the US these past months 10 months. I do feel safer and communications is so important to get the help I need!! Worth the investment.

I feel much safer having SoSecure easily available on my phone and knowing that if I ever feel I’m in an unsafe or uncomfortable situation I can either call or text with an ADT agent who will monitor my location and share it with emergency responders if needed.

I love setting the activity tracker for whenever I walk to or from my car. Makes me feel secure. I don’t know if it actually works as stated in a real emergency and I hope I never have to find out.

I’m glad that there’s a free alternative! This is a great app. I really like the chat feature because if you’re in danger, you may not be able to talk.

I hope that even if they start charging in the future, they’ll keep that part free. I’m telling all my realtor, delivery driver, frequent travelers and serial dater friends LOL...to get SoSecure!

I have recently had several safety issues. I bought a pepper spray but I was still not feeling safe. I got SoSecure and I have peace of mind. It’s great to be able to either chat or speak with an ADT agent or use the tracking for activities. I finally feel safe! I’m very grateful for this amazing service!

I love SoSecure. My husband and I travel full time in an RV and SoSecure has given us peace of mind if anything happened we are always connected. Highly recommend.

SoSecure is great to have on the go if your feeling unsafe. Noonlight might be a better option because it is a button and not a slider. Also SoSecure needs a redesign. The user interface is not very pleasing.
