App has so much potential and a lot of room to grow.
Tried communicating with the support team via email, it’s been 3 days and still no response which takes away from their credibility and worries me. Response time should be faster especially that Thndr deals with financial instruments and other peoples’ money. Now I am very hesitant to use Thndr because they haven’t done anything to earn my trust, in fact they did the exact opposite.

System always down
No customer service at time
Not recommended for beginners

Buggy , customer support takes too much tome to handle your problems in an app that you need every second in

I spoke to one of there customer support on chat and he ensured me that the money I will transfer will show up in my this app wallet in 24 hrs I did the transfer and the next day the money didn’t show up I contacted them again and they said it will take 3 days . I did the recharge on Monday and still no money in my this app wallet. They scammers and liars and I highly don’t recommend.

I have had Thndr for weeks now and I’d leave it to open and no matter how long, it would never launch!

Sense the last update everything is not responding and the menu is absolutely broken after I sign in I can’t do anything

Thndr isn’t working

I’ve downloaded Thndr hit it won’t open, it just keeps loading, very sad as i was really interested

I am happy using this app app, and grateful for their efforts to provide us with needed information, my only couple of concerns are the chat service respond should be within few minutes not hours and the price movement should be more live to determine when to buy or sell more accurately.

Thndr responsiveness is very slow and the latency is a bit high. Also needed customer support, sent them message and they didn't not get back for an entire day.

Great application , but still they didn’t catch my trust . You guys need to show for people that they can trust you !

Actually i like Thndr . absolutely perfect idea to acheive with thundr if we can lively match our investment moves or make a delegation button for our securities to this app team so i can choose when i want to invest and when i want this app to be my investor.

good app however initial transfer took a long time to show up in the account, it did eventually show up after calling customer service a few times

One suggested improvement is that the themes created are really good. But after creating the list of stocks,

would be great to be able to “ sort “ this list ascendingly or decendingly according to marketcap, p/e ratio , top gainers etcc that would be extremely helpful. Thank you !

Great app i’ve having a close look since it’s virtual launch and now you can trade normally, still haven’t tried the real trading though
