N5000 disappeared without a trace from my Carbon wallet on Sunday 24th September, 2023, meanwhile, my account statement sent to my Gmail keep showing that the N5000 is there as my closing account balance, I've written to their support over 96hours now still no response, it as if they don't exist, this is so unfair coming from Carbon as they don't have branches nation wide for one to lounge their complaint.

How to fix Carbon app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Carbon app on iPhone
Update Carbon app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Carbon iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Carbon on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Carbon network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Carbon Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Carbon not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Carbon App
1. On android, goto Settings » Carbon » click [Force Stop]

Update Carbon to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Carbon App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Carbon » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Carbon.

Fix Carbon unable to contact server/ Carbon internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Carbon » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Carbon » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Carbon
