I would like to come back here and give a five star rating but I took a loan sometime ago and paid though I was late on the payment because I tried finding the account for weeks but it wasn’t going through which was why I was late on the payment, I was still able to pay it later and then I tried applying for another loan and I kept receiving replies of we’re sorry continuously, I’ll come back and give a five star rating if the issue is resolved.

Interest rate is too high. Haba! Then a sudden reduction in loan offer in totally unfair. What kind of system is that.

I started collecting loan from N2,500 and was paying back without default despite your too high interest rate, till I reached an increased offer of N126,000 which I decided to relax a bit and I didn’t collect the N126,000 at that point.

Unfortunately, I checked back after 2 weeks to see given offer but it has reduced to N13,000. What exactly is the problem with this app or my account? How could I have reached the loan offer of N126,000 and then after couple of weeks that I didn’t collect the loan, the offer was reduced to N13,000 when in actual sense I wanted higher amount than the N126,000. What kind of system is this app’s.

This is totally unreasonable and unacceptable. “TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE” with your unreasonably too high interest rate on loans. Haba!

this app is a really great bank with nice features other main stream bank apps don’t have, like the delivery reports for example, 15% apr on their savings plans and so forth.

However, please refer to the developers or appropriate authority that Carbon needs an accounting style summary of all transactions/ data about monthly or daily transactions just like Kuda bank app's or PROSPA’s. This would greatly increase my usage of Carbon as this app is a great bank and i wish to use it more for my business.

Carbon is cool and fast I love it , helps me pay my bills on time and it even faster than bank Apps ?in the next update there should be an option if you want your account balance to be shown or Hidden , just like my bank app does .Thank you

OMG I love this app so easy and simple with informations just few details plus verification process and then you will quickly get your loan into your bank account ASAP. Now I have resorted to investing with this app and also make them my financial life partner. Imagine my bank don’t want to borrow me money but this app came to my help. I wish to give this app a million stars rating. Thanks please keep up the good work. Much love.

When I registered, you did not display the interest, you credited me immediately and after that telling me the interest is 30k
I can not and will not pay 30k interest, it'll be better you retract the money immediately, because I do not need it as the interest is 30k
I'll emphasize that it is better to retract the cash, which is by all means the legal thing to do when I tell you I no longer need the money
If you dont, I'll spend the money and you'll never get it back, and you should not try to tamper with my personal information if not I'll take it up with you

I should have given you a five star rating but I'm
not satisfied with the way you guys operate someone, I have issues with my account I bought prepaid meter token twice and I was debited and I email you guys complaining about this twice you guys didn’t reply me emails and now I’m having issues with my money in Carbon countless complaints message I sent no response is this how you guys treat your customers now??? That’s not fair you guys should fix up please else!!!
I will rate you guys when you fix your app!

I couldn’t be able to make transfer or log in into my account and this happen after the updating of Carbon please find something to do about it
Carbon has been at my safer side but not really understanding it now after I get it updated please

These all is a very useless app I have been trying to reach the customer service since 2 days ago they are not responding and they are ignoring my messages they are fraud they are not allowing me to add my Bvn AND MY NIN the Bvn that I have register with my bank since 2018 they are supposed to know that my face will be different and they are saying am not the owner of the Bvn very stupid of Carbon they are not allowing me to do anything they stole my money already because they did not allow me to withdraw they are a scammer it’s not a good app guys be warned I need my money

This is my first time ever leaving a review on an app. this app has been very helpful and I have decided to keep my savings with them in other to increase my loan chances. To get the best out of their services just pay on time or don’t be back on your repayment for more than 48hrs.

Please can somebody answer me??I tried changing my pin via in app and it logged me out it has been over four days yet it keeps saying try back in a day i had to leave it for two days on the third day i tried again and it still said the same thing I’ve contacted all the customer service available they keep saying i should reach the customer service via in app how I’m i supposed to do that when i can’t log in to Carbon ?? I need answers i have money in that account

On my iPhone 7 when trying to get a loan after I put my international ID card Carbon stops working and it closes by it self after I open it again I start over again the same thing , I tried to delete and install again it is a shame that it is not still working ... I use Carbon on my previous iPhone 6 it used to work perfectly

I gave you 5* although the loan interest rate is high and also you’re not increasing my loan offer still the same and I always pay before the due date

Carbon is so bad, how will I be approved of loans and I was unable to link my debit card for up to 3day and while trying I decide to get another debit card at bank unknowingly the loan just disappear and I was unable to apply for another loan,I borrow this all because I need it urgently but unfortunately it getting out of hand if this loan was unsuccessful, am leaving Carbon and delete it on my phone what nonsense is this for what is the essence of give loan with out using and go 😡🥵🤬 this is really frustrating

Am suppose to rate Carbon five star but customer service so bad Have been sending messages to customer service since three days ago and there was no reply Why am I denied of a loan even after meeting all ur requirements
this app has refused to give a loan since last week and they sent me a text to apply for the loan but there’s no offer

I have been trying to add my debit card after my loan is approved but unfortunately I don’t know what is wrong with Carbon. All the ATM cards that I have been using is not working. I need your help on Carbon. I don’t have access yet to use my loan

Every feature of this app is very good, the only problem is that transaction limits cannot be increased from app and it makes it tiring and confusing going about upgrading limits and levels

I so much love this app it always been a good app ever since i started using it till now but try to fix on how you guys are reducing my loan limits every time i paid loan cus i have always paid your loan before the due date

this app is so full of cheat, they told me that they have given me a loan and ask me to setup my card which I did and they debited me but yet they didn’t add my card and I tried it 5times and yet it was till the same and I got debited 10times because each time I try to add it they debit me 50naira from my account. They are fake and only trying to steal from the little I have , don’t download it they are cheaters and trying to take from you. What a very useless app.

Carbon has been a life saver but lately I have not been able to receive my loan even though it has been approved ....it’s really frustrating...please do something about it guys

this app is a very good app to save your money believe your money is save with them but the only problem I’m having with them is that I still can’t get a loan they’re declining my loan offer which I don’t know why

If I had know,I should have been using this app way back,I’ve never had any issues with them talk less of calling their customer care service,you guys are simply the best bank in Nigeria

Have been trying to withdraw from my loan wallet and it required setting up my card and it’s done. I still don’t have access to the money I borrowed it keep saying setup card which I have already done that twice and I was charged for it as well... could this be rectified please

this app is good and fast reliable app for collecting loan not only that they have some other good features like the investment, airtime top up and lots more.
My advice for you is to download the this app app and register and start using Carbon

Hi this app, I’m trying to change my name on this app app, due to the mistake I made in the first time of opening Carbon so I wanna verify my bvn and it did not verify due to the mistake,what can I do so I can edit the name back?

I want to verify my account but I don’t have my voters card but I is not giving me the option to use my national ID card
