How to fix Senses app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Senses app on iPhone
Update Senses app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Senses iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Senses on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Senses network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Senses Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Senses not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Senses App
1. On android, goto Settings » Senses » click [Force Stop]

Update Senses to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Senses App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Senses » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Senses.

Fix Senses unable to contact server/ Senses internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Senses » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Senses » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
