I started saving 1200 daily payment on the 25/08/2023 and getting to 15/09/2023 I was debited 2400 for the payment of my investment, which I sent a message to customer care about it and I didn't receive any reply. So on the 16/09/2023 I get a message that I have unpaid days of 15/09/2023 and 16/09/2023 so I quickly transferred 2400 from my bank account to my carbon account for the 2 unpaid days. Reaching this morning I received a message that my investment plan is been paused which I can't find on my dash board any longer. So am sending this message to know why all this is happening. Please I look forward for a reply thanks

I don’t need your load

When I registered, you did not display the interest, you credited me immediately and after that telling me the interest is 30k I can not and will not pay 30k interest, it'll be better you retract the money immediately, because I do not need it as the interest is 30k I'll emphasize that it is better to retract the cash, which is by all means the legal thing to do when I tell you I no longer need the money If you dont, I'll spend the money and you'll never get it back, and you should not try to tamper with my personal information if not I'll take it up with you

App malfunctioning and you guys don’t reply to complaints from customers which is unfair!

I should have given you a five star rating but I'm not satisfied with the way you guys operate someone, I have issues with my account I bought prepaid meter token twice and I was debited and I email you guys complaining about this twice you guys didn’t reply me emails and now I’m having issues with my money in the app countless complaints message I sent no response is this how you guys treat your customers now??? That’s not fair you guys should fix up please else!!! I will rate you guys when you fix your app!

Scam scam scam these all is a scamming app.

These all is a very useless app I have been trying to reach the customer service since 2 days ago they are not responding and they are ignoring my messages they are fraud they are not allowing me to add my Bvn AND MY NIN the Bvn that I have register with my bank since 2018 they are supposed to know that my face will be different and they are saying am not the owner of the Bvn very stupid of the app they are not allowing me to do anything they stole my money already because they did not allow me to withdraw they are a scammer it’s not a good app guys be warned I need my money
