Force Stop the Simple App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Simple app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Simple to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Simple App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Simple app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Simple.

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Simple » "Force Stop".

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
