Then you must tell HotVPN where you actually are to get valid information. Data is encrypted between your device and the server. Public Wi-Fi can be used once again.     

It said free trail for 7 days, and I thought of a subscribing for a week, and my week payment made. Even after that it asked for subscription and I accidentally made annual subscription, and even after that it asked for payment again, really irritated and I purchased twice trying to take a screenshot. Don’t know how to get my refund

So it great and all,but I have an issue; is that I want to connect with it but it’s telling me to subscription to it and I don’t like that but that’s only problem I have.

They got 1 star because lack of customer service. I can’t get a hold of anyone to respond to my refund. They are telling me my email doesn’t exist when I’m logged in with said email. Seems like a scam not to pay me back my money I was charged for the annual membership.

 ‌ ‌It's a good app and it mainly depends on your phone as some phones of older models have showed some problems like often getting crashed or disconnected every 3 seconds. But that problem only exists with too old phones. But when I tried this on a better phone it worked pretty good for me.    ‌
