I have been using Surf easy for last few years and it was okay till suddenly it stopped working . From app I contacted support multiple times with no response , after 2 days I deleted app and try to restore and it did not worked luckily it had option to email support which I did and they could not find any records , seriously shows in my subscription as valid subscription , after back and forth with customer service and providing all the proof of valid subscription including receipt , I get this email
While reviewing your receipt, the date mentioned was Jul 1, 2019 valid until Jul 1, 2020. So, in 4 days your subscription is expiring. Please check if you have a latest receipt for the recent charges, as you might have mistakenly sent the old receipt.

Wow dude today’s date is Jun 26 and this guy is asking for subscription from July 1 while still subscription is valid . What kind of operations SurfEasy is running . Apple need to take action against this kind of app developers who are not honoring the subscription commitment

Now the dudes at SurfEasy are saying they need receipt in PDF format , what a joke Apple does sends email of subscription renewal not a PDF .
Apple take action against this kind of companies who are using your platform to not honor the commitment and take contract breach as part of the there BAU
