Hands down the fastest vpn server I ever used and with the security as low as ever before because everyone’s at home easedroppen and stuff it’s nice to know HOTSPOTVPN has my back but I really don’t wanna cancel because they don’t have this on iMac. But I’d love it if your membership counted towards multiple devices so far haven’t got that to work but idk if they got it or not?

Got HOTSPOTVPN as an add and without completely paying attention I downloaded it, and cannot cancel my subscription. It says in your app description that you must first disable auto renew, however I cannot find the account settings auto renew is located in, and none of my unsubscribe requests have gone through.

I tried HOTSPOTVPN out temporarily and it works fine. That being said, I do not have a use for a VPN right now and the process of unsubscribing needs to be as simple and reliable as the process subscribing is, since I’m sure I am not the only one who has accidentally signed up.

The first day I had HOTSPOTVPN, I realized it wasn’t what I was looking for... not because it worked poorly, but I was just looking for something different. I tried to cancel my free trial on the same day. I sent in a request to cancel. I got an automated email saying my request was received and they would get back to me shortly.... well, they NEVER did. I sent another email begging them to reply before my trial ended and I got charged. Still no reply. Today they charged my card, and I’m furious! Still trying to figure out how to cancel. If you have any plans of canceling and not keeping HOTSPOTVPN forever, I would not sign up!!!!!!!!!

I love this vpn app! I hate seeing the vpn icon next to the WiFi so I’m glad that it doesn’t have that. I had to re download it bc it said last time that I had to purchase a subscription :( and the vpn keeps disconnecting at points so please fix this ASAP! Thx :)

I have had nothing but problems with HOTSPOTVPN on my iPhone6. I signed up for quarterly service. I will gladly take my business elsewhere when my subscription expires. I have to restore my premium service level on HOTSPOTVPN several times per day. I have to put up with annoying and obnoxious advertisements before I can even get to the restore option in HOTSPOTVPN . Do yourself a big favor, and save your money by not buying this service. My subscription to this service has been nothing but a major regret.

Looks good, faster than others, but why it’s still shows free vpn connection on my phone if I paid for 1 month today? Ready to continue if I find the answer.

I downloaded HOTSPOTVPN a couple of months ago and Used the hot spot for a couple of hours that day that I downloaded it. It worked for about 2-3 hours then it said my data was used up for HOTSPOTVPN . I come back a couple of days later and tried using it again and once again it said “out of data” even though I had data. Haven’t been able to use the hotspot ever since.😕

So easy to use and completely free, unless you choose to use premium. But I don’t am it still works PERFECTLY five stars definitely!!

I ha e been trying to unsubscribe since my child downloaded HOTSPOTVPN and I am now being charged over and over for an app I deleted. I also have tried to contact them to stop taking payments but they haven’t yet. Please resolve this issue ASAP as you keep taking money from my account and it is no longer downloaded on my phone

I cancelled less than 24 hrs after downloading please refund my money I don’t even have HOTSPOTVPN any more

I need HOTSPOTVPN Break through China's blockade network wall

I am trying to cancel my subscription before the free trail runs out but it just states that you will receive a mail on how to cancel. The mail you get then states that your request is now on review but not a confirmation that it has been cancelled. Pretty annoying that it has to be SO difficult!

HOTSPOTVPN is really good because it’s free. But after 1 week or something you have to pay. It’s not that bad but maybe you should keep HOTSPOTVPN free (of course with publicity)

I downloaded HOTSPOTVPN a while ago and now I can’t unsubscribe anymore. It charges me every month even though I haven’t touched HOTSPOTVPN since I downloaded it. I’ve been sending emails to unsubscribe but in the end: no success.

It used to work perfectly, but now everytime I connect, it doesn't work at all... Barely does for a few seconds, and i have premium...

This is so bad it inspired me to write my first review ever. On first open, gave me several ads and once all of them delayed and I got them to close, I was told free time was over and I must subscribe. Just stupid. Never got to setup a vpn at all.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for a few months it says it will review it then cancel ,but now I have been paying for it because I can’t cancel it.

Ok I know this is for the age 4+ but people who play roblox with VPN on is just gonna be mad. Roblox is for KIDS and this is for KIDS this is what caused the crashing problem! So if you wanna play roblox with this VPN and that’s all why you wanna download it? Delete this NOW.

I use this to. Watch British TV. Unfortunately most of them seem to be aware of the IP addresses and won't play anymore. 😩

this vpn is vary slow and have too much problems I am a member of it for a year I regretted my involvement with them because their bad service with customers would advise everyone not to participate in it at all. Thank you

In order to get a free trial you have to make a purchase (auto renew scam). Then, to cancel your subscription they steal your email address in order to “send you instructions to cancel auto renewal”

I love HOTSPOTVPN !!!!! It’s really useful!
