2 years agoI signed up for a 7 day free tria that would have ended Wednesday 7/7/2021 and I cancelled it the SAME day I signed up for the trial I went to my App Store and I’m subscribed and it STILL charged my card for a year of the service that I DO NOT need or want!

Such a stupid app
It said free trail for 7 days, and I thought of a subscribing for a week, and my week payment made. Even after that it asked for subscription and I accidentally made annual subscription, and even after that it asked for payment again, really irritated and I purchased twice trying to take a screenshot. Don’t know how to get my refund

I cancelled the subscription
Why are you still bothering me! I cancelled the subscription, you sent me a message wishing I would stay I said cancel you said ok good bye ! You ask me if I reconsider to contact them. But you haven’t left! Please remove entire app then let Apple now that the subscription was cancelled. Thank you!

They got 1 star because lack of customer service. I can’t get a hold of anyone to respond to my refund. They are telling me my email doesn’t exist when I’m logged in with said email. Seems like a scam not to pay me back my money I was charged for the annual membership.
