Confusing to have new app with similar name

I had recontracted but did not know that M1 had switched to an entirely new app “My M1+”. I had checked my old “My M1” app and the website multiple times but was told that I have zero charges to pay. It was only when my connection got disconnected that I found out that they have switched to a new app. In the end M1 charged me 40 bucks for reconnection + late fee. Really confusing for M1 to have two apps with similar names to serve the same function! Why not just update the old app??

Automatic payments did not go through

I found a reminder that my bills were unpaid even though I had already set up a credit card default for it. Previously the m1 customer service staff also assured me that my settings were correct and the payment would be processed automatically. Instead, I found the unpaid bill reminders and had to manually click the payment button to pay the outstanding bill. Please fix this issue, thanks.

Quality Of Service

A screwed up company. Poor network coverage yet many hidden charges.

Poor transition from old to new app

After moving to the new app. Previous Giro arrangements were not carried over. As such, home broadband were terminated and disrupted causing lots of inconvenience.

Not working

Please fix this once I login it automatically logs me out. I tried a few times it logs me in but says no internet connection even though I’m already connected to the internet

Slow or doesn’t work

MyM1 is slow, if it works at all. In addition, the transition from any use of the website to pay bills is a poor customer service decision.

Bill shows up as overdue 😠

I wasn’t able to add a payment method until the bill came up, and when it came up, it said that the payment was already overdue. Not sure why that’s my fault 🤷‍♀️

Very bad M1 + App - Does not work when touch screen

This M1 + App is very unstable and it’s so frustrating to use it as the touch screen does not work when we tried to select some functions on the screen such as my home tel no. to add caller ID services!!

Card payments are broken

All card payments are broken and M1 doesn’t have support

F-ed up migration. New app broke billing and has worse UI

I used to be able to do what I need with the old app. Now I can’t even *view* my bills with my first account, let alone try to download them. Why did you guys have to go and mess things up for your customers?

Terrible App

This new app seems to make payment so difficult, it appears to be almost on purpose, so as to drive late payment and re-line install payments revenue line items. if I had it to do over again, I would definitely go with Singel or Star hub.

Buggy and nearly unusable

MyM1 remains buggy, hangs and has charming features like making you continually auto-enroll in more roaming packages until you manually cancel - which then frequently gives you “unable to unsubscribe” (seems clearly designed to ensure you forget so they make more money)

Still can’t open app after updated to latest version

Updated to latest version, but App still shows an error msg that “there is a new version available, please update now”.
But App Store already shows nothing to update any more.
Until now, I still can’t open MyM1 to view my bill. Please fix the bug!

Bespoke is a joke

1. Roaming doesn’t work. I purchased Daily roaming USA, arrived to the USA and guess what, I have no data. I tried to purchase a monthly subscription (by the way, M1 removed an option to buy for one month non recurring) and that didn’t work either. On the previous M1 plan I never problems with data roaming

2. It is not possible to subscribe to NumberShare. Again it was available in the previous app.

Basically M1 has released half backed product and auto upgrade customers to it

Glitchy and costs me money and time

Often cannot process payment, and then late charges occur. Feel robbed because of glitchy app.

Why does this app need to be updated so often?

Experience with MyM1 is 1.5 stars rounded to 2.

Cannot enter OTP

For months now, the enter OTP page bugs out when the keyboard sometimes doesn’t appear if you switch apps without opening the keyboard first. Annoying with the 15 min no OTP restriction

Great App

Very convenient and fast. Increase linkage to IOS native capabilities of Autofill

Love the new app

New plans gives much improved cost control.

Good and easy to use

App makes it convenient to check on your plan, usage and to pay your bills. Well done!
