Confusing to have new app with similar name

I had recontracted but did not know that M1 had switched to an entirely new app “My M1+”. I had checked my old “My M1” app and the website multiple times but was told that I have zero charges to pay. It was only when my connection got disconnected that I found out that they have switched to a new app. In the end M1 charged me 40 bucks for reconnection + late fee. Really confusing for M1 to have two apps with similar names to serve the same function! Why not just update the old app??

Automatic payments did not go through

I found a reminder that my bills were unpaid even though I had already set up a credit card default for it. Previously the m1 customer service staff also assured me that my settings were correct and the payment would be processed automatically. Instead, I found the unpaid bill reminders and had to manually click the payment button to pay the outstanding bill. Please fix this issue, thanks.

Bespoke is a joke

1. Roaming doesn’t work. I purchased Daily roaming USA, arrived to the USA and guess what, I have no data. I tried to purchase a monthly subscription (by the way, M1 removed an option to buy for one month non recurring) and that didn’t work either. On the previous M1 plan I never problems with data roaming

2. It is not possible to subscribe to NumberShare. Again it was available in the previous app.

Basically M1 has released half backed product and auto upgrade customers to it
