Honestly, it started out as everyone being so supportive to join UBFit and sign up. From there it was a downhill. Unfortunately, I had purchased a three month membership with them, and we paid for it so it is not refundable. We asked for a female trainer, and we were recommended one in our area. She is nice, but no modifications were done when we mentioned a knee injury, and most of the workouts she gave included kneeling or using knees heavily. Then, that trainer did not show on UBFit anymore and only three trainers showed up and they’re all males. I asked and asked and tried to reach out but no reply. They even checked and said that there are only three male trainers in our area and that’s it. I tried to reach out to the lady who initially talked to me into buying the membership and to the Support team, which is supposed to reply within 24 hours, but no reply, and it has been weeks. Now I’m stuck with money paid and no trainers or anyone to get back to my messages.

From a PT perspective it’s a waste of money. You do not get a potential client until maybe 6 months in. I’ve done the recommendations they said would bring in more clients but that’s false. On top of that if you don’t responded less than 24 hours from contact they will close your account. UBFit is a scam with a non refundable application fee because they know they can’t bring in potential clients. They market more to trainers joining then people who want a PT. If you want to be an unsuccessful trainer you should join UBFit. I regret giving them a chance to help me grow my PT business because I thought they would help me market PT. I highly don’t recommend them as a sustainable platform to grow a training business.

I purchased and signed on for a year of training. I booked the first trainer and she canceled. I booked the second trainer and received confirmation from this app. I hired childcare and prepared and the trainer never showed. I called the trainer and she said she has not be a part of the organization for over a year and didn’t know why the company continues to advertise her and book appointments with her. These were enough red flags. I called to cancel and was charged over $600 for cancelling my contract. II fulfilled my part by purchasing and booking sessions. this app failed to send a trainer.
this app has you sign a contract, not provide trainers and when you quit and want your money back because you did not receive services they take your money for early cancellation. Bait and switch.

Don’t waste your time or your money. Yes they might be cheap however not really but their trainers are on and off and not available to accommodate your training by the date and time you want. They switch you all over to find a trainer for you and this is ridiculous. Don’t trust trainers schedule they will leave it open once you schedule they send you a message they cannot and they find another trainer for you. Horrible customer service, if I could leave zero start I would do!

I don’t know where to start, but UBFit change my lifestyle. I’m a busy mom who is always on the go working. Hard to find a babysitter. When I came across A causal conversation about working out, Romario suggested to download this app and check out his app! He said Silvana will walk you through everything and let me tell you she is such a doll very informative and pays attention to your needs. Suggested me a great fit, with the best trainer that I would enjoy! Hands down it has been a great experience so far.
I’m glad I got suggested to Vita she very structured very impressive and works me out! I told her my concerns she motivates me to keep pushing because revenge body is for me to feel better about myself and the looks are the cherry on the top. Vita your the best!
I like how my stomach starting to look I’m toning up,my Glutes are starting to lift and mid section mommy pouch is getting tighter and slimmer. I’m still shook how working out changes you! UBFit has amazing local trainers that come to you to train, all at an affordable price.
I’ve used UBFit for months now for my mother, and she’s had an amazing experience. Trainers are friendly and knowledgeable, and Peter had excellent customer service. UBFit is great if you’re looking to get started getting in shape or helping a loved one get in shape.

Gave this a shot and I’m cannot be more satisfied !! I haven’t worked out in over a year and I was ready to get back i joined trainer HIRAD’s boot camp it was just what I needed to kick start my journey to be back where I once was !! Definitely recommend this new way of fitness life !!!!

UBFit really helps me keep up with my workout schedule and avoid missing days. Sometimes I get lazy or tired from my busy work schedule but after using UBFit I have no excuse. It’s so convenient, easy to use and the best part is that it’s all at the comfort of my very own home.

UBFit is beyond amazing!!!! I’m tired of going to a stinky, over crowded gym. Not with UBFit! UBFit gives you the ability to actually bring the gym to you! Yeah that’s right, you choose your trainer and schedule a session. I mean how easy and convenient is that. Overall 5 stars all around and I would definitely recommend UBFit to anyone who is looking to reach their fitness goals!

I don’t know where to begin UBFit has truly been everything I’ve been looking for! Not only does my trainer come to me but he also brings all the equipment I need. With the gym closures this year it’s been really tough for me to keep a consistent workout regime but UBFit has helped keep me on track no matter what! Couldn’t have found UBFit at a more convenient time. And the best part it has hands down the most affordable training rates I have ever seen and you definitely get your money’s worth!! Can’t wait to keep training im on month 4 and already down 45 lbs. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

UBFit has been great to keep me committed to my workouts and save me tons of time. The training appointment are inexpensive when compared to private training and I don’t even have to leave my home. This allows me to have the same accountability I would with a private trainer at a gym but I don’t have to worry about going to the gym. Tons of options to choose from and the staff if great. Definitely recommend.

I downloaded UBFit a little over a month ago. I wasn’t sure what to expect. When I scheduled my free consultation with Silvana I was nervous. But after having her explain the way UBFit works and their services I was convinced.

It’s been a month and I do not regret making this decision! I’ve been training with Silvana and she is such a great trainer! She truly cares about her clients! I haven’t trained with anyone else but I can just imagine that everyone on here is great!

In the past I have tried working out on my own but I’m the type of person that needs someone to push me. So I highly recommend this app they will match you with someone who can help you achieve your fitness goals.

Love everything about UBFit! Easy to use and set up. Asks detailed questions about your health and fitness journey in order to connect you with a local personal trainer that fits your needs. I also love how simple and clean UBFit is, you can tell the creators put a lot of time into setting it up. You can also book a free consultation if you’re unsure on how to reach your health and fitness goals. And there’s no pop up ads or account upgrades which is a plus plus plus 🤗

So far I’ve been using UBFit for almost a month and I’ve really enjoyed my trainer. She’s really compassionate towards me and my needs but she’s also stern enough to push me and keep me going when necessary. Also, UBFit developers are super considerate since I reached out to them let them know my financial situation had changed and I was struggling to pay the the full price and they were super nice as they helped me settle on a different price and then changed my monthly billing rate. So, long story short: great trainers, great customer service, and great prices.

My absolute first session was with Giovanni and I LOVED it! Giovanni was nothing short of amazing! I couldn’t believe how a park could transform into a fully functional gym! I was encouraged and cheered on! I would recommend Giovanni to any one who may need just that and more! However, I experienced several issues with UBFit within the three days I downloaded it. My star review is for my workout experience with Giovanni and not UBFit itself. I have been able to speak with someone who has allowed me to voice my concerns and take them to the developers, overall a pretty cool experience!

I’ve been a this app Member for 8 months now and never felt better. I workout at the comfort of my own home. The trainers are very pleasant and professional to deal with.I highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to get in shape without going to the gym.
