I bought this watch specifically to receive text notifications because the previous brand I bought purchased didn’t.Its very disappointing to find out this watch doesn’t receive them either.

RDFit doesn’t sync steps with Apple Health. It barely syncs anything. The phone is basically obsolete and useless unless it can sync properly with your phone. And this phone and app doesn’t do it well at all.

I definitely wouldn’t recommend.

I bought 2 of IW9, for me and for my daughter, but we both cannot receive message (sms) notifications. I already tried everything like reset, install/uninstall. Other app notifications can receive on smartwatch except sms and it was the main reason I bought it but I got disappointed. Please let me know how to fix this.

I got this watch not to long ago and I do like being able to change the watch face but I wish i could access an app store like you can on other watches. Its not possible to do what i originally planned to do with this watch if i cannot get on RDFit store or google. I hope this feature could be added in the future but if you are just looking for a step-counter this is decent.

So anyways…

Number 1: Watch got locked for no reason cannot unlock

Number 2: App works great but after a few days, every time the watch is trying to connect it always crashes.

Number 3: Have more wallpapers to have instead of changing every time.

Number 4:Make the watch automatically change when daylight saving time comes.

It has 6 built in watch faces. While there’s many others to choose from, only one can be installed, and that disappears in a day or two requiring reinstalling.

It does not have ECG capability although the AD says it does

The beautiful watch band needs adjusting to fit, but it appears impossible to adjust it, even though the supply the tool.

Otherwise, it’s a gorgeous watch and the provide a black band as an extra, so it’ll fit without the fancy band.

The wayfinder watchface could be one that could be edited in RDFit and night mode could be added, more real official watch faces would be good

I think RDFit is nice, the watch too but the first thing I dont like is that you can only have one face downloaded, you have to redownload a face if you change it and want to use it again, the other thing is that any of the faces has a pointer for the seconds that moves like the ones with the faces that come with watch, the downloaded faces are literally just watch faces that tell you time, and date, steps and the last heart beat results

RDFit is nice but there is a less faces only 3 of them is live I want to have a lot of live faces and RDFit don’t show me the model of my watches after month of using it I still don’t know the models. One thing more I don't know whether it concerns you or not but I don't receive updates on my watch, everything would be fine, but the software of my watch looks very outdated I hope you will read it and fix all this problems!!!!

I am not able to connect to the GPS feature. Error reads: Please connect to APP and enable GPS location permission. I have done this, reset and performed steps again. Still will not connect.

Can only have 1 dial downloaded. Weather is NOF my location!! How do I set location?? Haven’t found the phone call receive/make icon. Would like “list” rather than icons !! Only had it a few hours so maybe I’m missing something??
GET RID OF THE NEWS/NO NEWS on the face of the watch!!! It covers up face options (battery charge state)!!!!

Beautiful watch! I would love to give a 5-star review but…. I cannot connect device automatically to my phone. When I manually connect to Bluetooth, call works only and I do not want to talk to my wrist on a call! I have googled help for hours. The manual is not very helpful. I cannot figure out why it does not automatically connect with my iPhone. Please help. If I can’t figure this out, I will sadly return the watch.

RDFit works good however needs better watch faces!! Watch faces that you can edit to add steps to the watch face!!

The watch is great but RDFit is terrible. Can’t customize much and can’t even delete watch faces you don’t like. Admins please update the watch and app to customize it to what we want.

So the watch is good and my big question is is it a waterproof watch I keep wondering

I’m loving it the watch connects beautifully but watch face market and the custom watch face builder leaves a lot to be desired I would love to add more than just the date/time and one health function like I would love to add battery life and a second health function and the pre set options are many but all kind of look the same and very few with both battery life step count and the digital dial together more options would be nice

Been using iw9 and love it! RDFit has a few bugs still. Setting up qr doesn’t work like Snapchat PayPal eta. The one thing I would like to be better is the custom wallpaper settings like fonts, weather

Easy to use, so many functions, so many choices of dial! I tried a lot of smart watches and apps, this is the best one!

This is great app using it with such beautiful watch DT7 II . The new software is great but I have only one suggestion hope you would support removing unnecessary face-watch in the watch so we can add more from store not only one ..

I think a great update you could make with RDFit is allowing people to change the watch icon images and change them

Keeps crashing recently when I open RDFit , after 40% synchronization. Even after deleting and reinstalling. I have iPhone 13 and IWO8_Plus. I would 5 stars if RDFit would work properly again. Please fix it.

RDFit is great and really useful! I have a watch 8, bought it from Aliexpress. I just want 1 more update, when we make customized watch faces, can you make it more real? Like the same font as apple’s & you can change the place, and add Memoji? Thanks! Sincerely, Your User

I recently started using the Watch 9 Smartwatch. The this app app is so great! I had been using a regular meter to monitor my blood sugar and it went haywire. It was giving readings near 200 and I wasn’t eating any carbs and was even fasting. RDFit gives a different measurement but there is a converter that you can save on your phones Home Screen. I just type the numbers and it converts it. My numbers are accurate and I don’t have to poke repeat holes in my fingers. The Blood Pressure is fabulous! I’m m watching my health improve daily. I’m not getting sedentary or drinking water notifications but I can track those myself. Other than that I am enjoying the this app app and the Watch 9 a lot! Thank you for reading my review. The recourse file has been damaged. Now ask me to reconnect to the app to upgrade!!!!! It wont connect. I have tried everything but it still won’t connect. This phone is absolutely useless and rubbish. Ever since I got it. The band didn’t have the correct pins so I had to go to a jewellery shop to purchase correct ones.
