Its not up to the mark where current updates are not big enough and also you need to add the most important feature where people can choose their own pictures as watch faces

I’ve had and worn this so-called tracker watch for over a year! I’ve constantly informed them of the problems it has with all it’s so-called functions. The heart rate monitor hasn’t been consistent, it, doesn’t capture any activity unless you set it for a specific exercise, and I can go on and on. But why bother!!!! Don’t waste your money or time! All they want is access to your location and camera! I’ve sent them pictures of the constant issues. Only to keep hearing them say why the heart rate isn’t accurate or the steps ain’t counted correctly!!!

OnWearPro and watch give the illusion you can select multiple custom watch faces to switch between. You can only switch one out at a time and the other selections are permanently fixed. The same goes for the custom images and games. It says in the FAQ you can choose the font color. The only colors you can choose from are black, white, yellow, and green. Even those selections are pre-determined based on which style you’ve chosen.
Out of all 100 sport options, you can only select one custom one to choose.
Today I discovered yet another glitch. You can only snap a picture once you’ve opened up the Me-camera within OnWearPro . You can’t open the Me-camera from your watch as told in the FAQ.
A bit annoyed, but you get what you pay for.

App is not available to run in the background and will only update when you open it and force it to refresh. An app for a watch needs to run in the background.

It was all me. I had to do something to make sure it was connected. I did so much that I don’t remember but anywho….it does all I need my old apple to do. Cheaper!

Can’t even use the watch I bought because it won’t connect to OnWearPro . My IPhone is updated and I’ve done everything OnWearPro tells me to do to connect it. Still won’t connect.

The watch is look nice but OnWearPro really poor with really poor watch face design and moat of them is not showed the battery life. Nice watch but poor app design
