I am a very early user of this app. Since 2012, I have been purchasing books from Rockmari. Their service is unquestionably excellent. Sadly, Rokmari has not been able to create a functional mobile app in all these years.
I visit the website to purchase some books. I noticed on the website that app orders are eligible for free shipping. Therefore, I download it. However, the shipping fee is not discounted at the time of checkout. Then I tred using the card information and provided the OTP. Eventually, a white screen appeared. There is no way out; Rokomari must be closed.
Also, the entire application is slow. The interaction with textfields is cumbersome.
I hope the developer will investigate these problems.
Why is reading books from the library Rokomari keeps on shutting down. After reading one or two pages Rokomari suddenly shuts down and it’s a recurring problem.
This platform Delivers wrong product. I received a cheap product but paid for an expensive one. Customer service is also not helpful.
It took me about four days to reach to a customer service agent to talk about an order. Unbelievable!!!
This company uses religious sentiments to boost its sales. However, there's an issue with their refund process. If you prepay for an order and then cancel it, they promise a refund within 7 to 10 days, often citing religious quotes. But the problem is, even after a month, they repeat the same time frame without processing the refund. It's been a frustrating experience.

Delivery of stationary items like pen, notebook, sticky notes, tape etc should be delivered within 2/3 days instead of 3 to 5 days delay.
