Laggy UI in iOS devices

I am a very early user of Rokomari. Since 2012, I have been purchasing books from Rockmari. Their service is unquestionably excellent. Sadly, Rokmari has not been able to create a functional mobile app in all these years.
I visit the website to purchase some books. I noticed on the website that app orders are eligible for free shipping. Therefore, I download it. However, the shipping fee is not discounted at the time of checkout. Then I tred using the card information and provided the OTP. Eventually, a white screen appeared. There is no way out; the app must be closed.
Also, the entire application is slow. The interaction with textfields is cumbersome.
I hope the developer will investigate these problems.

If you prepay for an order and then cancel it, they promise a refund within 7 to 10 days, often citing religious quotes. But the problem is, even after a month, they repeat the same time frame without processing the refund. It's been a frustrating experience.
