Hi I’ve been having the same problem with Hinovel for weeks I’ve tried deleting the app then downloading again multiple times but it just won’t work my problem is that I can’t seem to get any kind of rewards therefore can’t read anything I want to read the check ins come up with network error any time I tried to revive it or even the ads or tasks when I do them give me nothing afterwards pleas help me fix the problem because I really want to be able to read the stories on there and it’s not even the one account if I make a new one it still had the same problem and it’s the same with my iPad aswell when I try to read off there.

How to fix Hinovel app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Hinovel app on iPhone
Update Hinovel app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Hinovel iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Hinovel on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Hinovel network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Hinovel Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Hinovel not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Hinovel App
1. On android, goto Settings » Hinovel » click [Force Stop]

Update Hinovel to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Hinovel App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Hinovel » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Hinovel.

Fix Hinovel unable to contact server/ Hinovel internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Hinovel » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Hinovel » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Hinovel
