I have a problem with Paceline

- No referral fee received.

- No rewards received despite meeting exercise goals.

- Manual resync with Apple Watch needed to update weekly progress.

- Requires account credentials instead of just credit card number.

- Credit card issuer is a joke.

- Card was locked and required verification.

- Card was closed by fraud department without any notice or reason.

Paceline app not working. Says update needed got to App Store. I hit to go to App Store but there are no updates ?

To resolve Paceline network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Paceline App
1. On android, goto Settings » Paceline » click [Force Stop]

Clear Paceline App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Paceline » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Paceline.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Paceline » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Paceline » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Paceline
