The place is filty...sauna is dirty with slime on edge of pool...yuk..dirty foam ... Exercise equipments are rusty.. Dust on carpet with hair...why it's not vacuum...cleaning person should be cleaning and vacuuming instead of on phone texting...Operations Manager should be on top of the place being clean...too many Managers and staff and no effective work being done...MANAGERS AND STAFF NEED TRAING....To start say GOOD MORNING WITH A SMILE
I recently signed a contract for stretching sessions as I suffer from sciatica. I was given two sessions and then shipped off to a trainer. I arrived for my fourth session and the guy who signed me up and was giving me the stretching sessions said he couldn't do it anymore and said I was being assigned to a trainer. I didn't sign up for training, but for stretching. I feel they scammed me in this contract, and I want out. I am a senior citizen, and this money is hard to come by. This is not right.

This is the worst gym I have ever belonged to in the last 30 years. No respect from staff when you can actually find them. Always out of hand sanitizer, soap, paper towels, etc. Machines broken a lot. No attachments for pulley machines. Overall HORRIBLE experience.

The front desk manager lack me a respect, I was trying to change the 25.00 fee for a 20.00 fee , she told me that even I cancel I will need to paid 50 something dollars for the old member plus I had to paid 49.00 + 20 for the New one I said why should I paid the fee for the old one if I am cancelling she instado of explain better said I am going to find somebody else because we aren't going to anywhere. When she said that and the way that she told I felt that she treat me as a person unable to explain something. Raimond the General manager came to me and explain that one fee is for down payment and the other one is the fee so I understand very Quick but I told him how I was feel the way that she talk to me.

I am member of Esporta at Eastburswic NJ. I see that maintenance of the club is very poor. Many machines are not working for many months. There are some machines down for more than 1 year. I complained to manager with no action from manager. Some to type of machines are broken for many months. The machines are 70% down. No one is there to take are of repair. If machines are not working than they should be repaired or replaced with new one. I hope some one will take care of it. Your quick response will be help full all members. Thanks

To whom this may concerns, I recently joined Sporta fitness. I was told that would get the special of $24.00 a month with a guess. The gentleman who help show me the charts prices. I decided to join with the special of not annual fees. He agreed. I had to cancel my credit card due to unsuspected charges from business like yours. A girl call me this morning with a very rude attitude claiming I owe $39.00 from an annual fee I was not aware of. The only reason I joined was my son. He liked the premises. Acct. No. - 21398404 I have been charged twice for my membership dues at the Powell Ohio location. I spoke to Mikaela last week after my check was held all week. This morning I see an electronic transfer was completed last week and my check was cashed last night. Needless to say, I'm beyond livid with this company. Had to leave a message for Mikaela this morning and no call back yet!!!!
My personal training was paid for in July. A payment was taken out in August which fucked up my account. I want it refunded. I had sessions left that I couldn’t use cause I had Covid I want something done about it

This is all over the place I can never find what I’m looking for and you can’t even see your balance or next payment amount just bank account info and they don’t even let you copy your long member ID. There is no possible way to update your login information and y’all just repeat options in your side bar. Take a look at EŌS or other apps much more useful. I’m better off using your website than your app that hardly works. Also add an Apple Card what if you have hardly any service and you can’t load the app.

Brand new member. Downloaded app to my daughter’s phone when at the gym and then tried to download app to my phone when we got home. Had to remove app from daughters phone and re download to my phone only to now not have my membership card work and no one at the gym knows how to fix it.
