Package never arrived
I don’t recommend you spend your money here at all. I placed an almost $300 order and public desire isnt making any efforts to locate my package, resend, or refund me. Its been over 30 days since I’ve placed the order and the carrier says they still have it in their possession. Update: “Hi Kaylani, Thank you for your query. Please note we have not heard back from the carriers as yet. Please do allow 24-48 hours for us to receive a response and if this has passed, we will need to send a follow up email for further updates.Thank you for your patience.Kind regards,Anna” This was a response they emailed 3 days ago with no additional follow up. They still arent helping me.
