90% of READYSAVE is focused on showing information that is unhelpful. You can’t surf to find information that you want historically. You can’t customize dates. You can absolutely find the breakdown of the various sources of funds that is virtually never necessary. You can absolutely find how they mark changes to your account balance for unrealized changes in the markets on a daily basis, which no one would ever need. You can’t search for prior contributions, or purchase history of investments. Ugh. READYSAVE shows you where you are today, and that is it. Such a wasted opportunity.

READYSAVE is the worst financial app I’ve ever used. All you can really do is view information and not even detailed information at that. Downloaded app & it stays on Home Screen with no options & automatically closes on its own without being able to do a thing. Please fix.

I have downloaded READYSAVE and put in my user name and password but READYSAVE wants to take me to the salaried employee log in. There are two different accounts and I’m not salaried but there is no way to change it so READYSAVE does not work for me.

Very basic app anything more than looking at your balance, you have to call Ascensus directly. The FIRST question asked is your social security # , which is unlike EVERY other financial service I’ve ever used. (They usually aske name address etc. first) I hope my identity wasn’t stolen, but I used the number on the site. Sketchy to say the least.

What happened to READYSAVE? The mobile app is not loading, and the desktop version of the site was reduced to only pdf statements, it doesn’t even have a proper dashboard interface.

The latest update is not compatible with my phone. The system says you can continue using the previous version, but when you open READYSAVE , it says you must update. Pretty sad when you have something that is beneficial and the company makes a change rendering it all useless.

My company shares a plan with a sister company. For reasons imposed by Ascensus, both appear on my account even though I am only enrolled in one plan. Unfortunately, the plan I’m not enrolled in is the first in the last. READYSAVE won’t allow me to choose the other plan. Their website does allow me to do this. This makes READYSAVE complete unusable for me.

It’s a shame that the later version of READYSAVE is no less longer available for READYSAVE.
I can no longer gain access to my retirement information because I have an iphone 6. READYSAVE was working fine a month ago but now is completely useless without spending hundreds of dollars to buy a newer phone when this phone is still working fine. Developers please please support the older version of READYSAVE also.

READYSAVE is pretty responsive and easy to use but for my purposes near useless. I am not able to see my investment holdings nor am I able to change investment elections. You can only access these through the website.

READYSAVE is convenient for checking current balances. However it has minimal navigation to allow for account management. Looking forward to future upgrades.

Needs more data but good start. I would like to be able to see most of what you can in the web app eventually. Particularly would to be able to see vested amount and not assume everyone is 100% vested

Can’t see over 90 days of transactions, with basically 2 transaction a month that’s basically nothing.

Can’t see my statements

The retirement outlook information doesn’t let you adjust the assumptions. For example I haven’t made 6% in a long time, but I can’t see my outlook at 5%.

Overall READYSAVE looks clean but it’s basically useless for more than the very very very basic info or changing your savings rate.

This shouldn’t be so easily manipulated. I thought it was a hypothetical calculator like many other features on these money apps. Nope. You change it... your payroll changes!

(Don’t you hate it when the link to app support sends you to the website, instead of allowing you to send a message to App support directly?)

I am an administrator for my firm. I tried to use READYSAVE, and when I used the administrator login, I got a “sorry“ error. Seems that I shouldn’t be using the administrator account for this. I suggest you track down this particular situation, and leave a better error message like “ READYSAVE is for … only”.

A barebones app. You can change contribution rate, see what you invested in and see your balance, that’s it.

Love having such a quick and simple access point to my 401k. Early functionality is great with balances and the ability to change deferral percentage. Looking forward to additional functionality coming down the pike.

I really like this simple app. I can check balances, see my rate of return, and investment performance.

This just gives a snapshot. Sure it’s nice that I can change my savings rate, but READYSAVE is WAY too simple. I can’t se further back than 90 days of transactions. READYSAVE should have A LOT more functionality.

The features are so basic, you wonder who greenlighted this.

It offers no meaningful way to visualize your returns; something that has been standard in my Schwab and Fidelity apps for years—yes, years!!

You are just given a personal rate of return which is almost a joke in how inadequate it is.

They’ve dumbed down the user experience so much that becomes an infantilizing experience for anyone with any familiarity with another brokerage platform.

I hope that READYSAVE learns from its competitors and implements this one simple but crucial feature: a line graph.

Bare bones app. Can’t actually change deferral percentage or manage anything like your investment balances or investment choices. What’s the point of READYSAVE ? Just to see your balance?
