- The bank needs to hire better developers to improve the app's quality.

How to fix ZYNLO app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ZYNLO app on iPhone
Update ZYNLO app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ZYNLO iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ZYNLO on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ZYNLO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ZYNLO Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ZYNLO not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ZYNLO App
1. On android, goto Settings » ZYNLO » click [Force Stop]

Update ZYNLO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ZYNLO App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ZYNLO » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ZYNLO.

Fix ZYNLO unable to contact server/ ZYNLO internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ZYNLO » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ZYNLO » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ZYNLO
