Do not use this bank. They took funds from my account and then denied my application to start a money market account. I then asked when the funds would be returned since they showed already received from my account and was told “24 hours to 5 business days”. I responded that is unacceptable you can’t take my money and then say sorry we can’t open your account and then tell me the money would be returned in up to 5 business days. I have yet to receive a response back when I asked it to be reversed immediately. Terrible business model. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

You’d think for a bank that 100% depends on technology for their customers, they’d make a working high quality phone app. Not the case! Still have yet to get it working on my iPhone and customer services only advice was delete and reinstall…which didn’t fix it.
Hire better developers!

Very disappointed with this “bank”. I signed up and they shutoff my account with no warning or explanation. I reached out to support and the reply was “your account is under review and has been terminated “
Clearly they have no interest in keeping customers happy or keeping them at all.
