There are some (mostly aesthetic) problems with the functionality of the app itself. It’s not super intuitive. However, no matter what my question is, I can message the staff and get an immediate response from (what seems to be) a real person. I had been needing a breast pump for returning to work, and Devon helped me out with contracting my provider. While I’m waiting, I was sent a list of options to look at and choose from.
This app is ABSOLUTELY a fantastic alternative to having to call and be placed on hold for endless hours!

I’ve been using this health insurance plan and app for over a year and every time myself or a family member has needed care, whether in person or digital doc visit or general questions via the care guide chat, we’ve never had a bad experience. In fact we’re taken care of timely and equipped with accurate information. On Friday night I reached out thru the chat care guide to obtain pre-authorization forms and questions for an upcoming procedure for my son. Kaleb was able to let me know about a $0 cost procedure and got the ball going to see if we will be eligible for those benefits. This is the best healthcare app in Oklahoma and no matter what time we’ve reached out for assistance thru the app, we’ve always received the care we needed to continue with our days!

I have used the chat feature for multiple questions - benefit coverage, doctors in network, bills I don’t understand. The app has been really useful and I definitely prefer the chat feature over a phone call. I can always go back to the chat to see what exactly was said. Insurance is complicated so it’s nice to have things written down. And I think the chat is helpful for the workers too because it gives them time to research something before giving a response. And I don’t have to wait on the phone for that time! Andrea has helped me multiple times and she has given me very useful information.
