When I open Viidure and try to connect to the camera via the Wi-Fi from the camera, the main screen that shows what the camera is showing will not open. It keeps on loading when I try to go to the recordings that’s supposed to be saved on the camera they keep on loading. I have to close Viidure out and delete it and it still keeps on loading And when it does open, it does not open all the files that saved on the camera and I am trying to get Viidure support to speak to somebody. I can’t get nobody to speak to every time I click on Viidure support it keeps on bring me back to where Viidure is. It’s not allowing me to speak to nobody.
I bought this dash cam and I’m very disappointed because it’s garbage matter fact everything whatever thy sale is garbage nobody cares about the quality. I’ve been struggling to hook up my rear cam for sometimes and it’s not connecting Wi-Fi doesn’t work. I’m losing connection with the Wi-Fi all the time, but what can I say even the resolution is not so great , it’s probably competition going on between there’s companies worst of the worst They don’t even finalize the product because the manual is so small you can’t even read bunch of morons. Idiots. Idiots idiots
Default mode when connect to camera do not need to start recording!
Accessing camera file does not allow delete bad or unwanted files! Not even from camera device there is option to delete a photo or video! Why should I download files locally then delete as you WiFi and app is so slow that I have nothing else to do?!

Well as usuall anything I order tec wise, camera wise, home security wise from TEMU does NOT WORK!this is just ridiculous!!! Never ordering anything from them ever again!! Well
I installed Viidure to my apple iPhone 13 which I had no issueses with but once in Viidure like usually it won't connect to my internet, nor will it connect to my phone.... so stupid! I recommend strongly never to order anything tec savy from TRMU! Waste of time and a waste of money!!!
I’ve been trying to connect the camera to my phone and it keeps saying failed to connect. I’ve been doing this for the past three days. Trying different ways to get it to connect and nothing works. I have uninstalled and reinstalled I’ve done do not allow location. I’ve done using app and I’ve allowed always and it still doesn’t work and I haven’t got a response from the company or representative.
One of the three cameras is not working. Wi-Fi is not working. The manual is printed ins don’t so small I can’t read it with a magnifying glass. I tried using my camera to zoom in but that was difficult also. What kid of idiots provide a manual that you can’t read? Vigorous hand gestures to these people.
I’ve tried pressing buttons. I down loaded Viidure and it’s useless without a Wi-Fi connection. I can’t add the camera.
I was about to order several if these and. One I don’t see the point. I’ll have to return this. You lost this sale and three more.
Viidure is trash and is difficult to use. It randomly closes on you and then you lose connection with the camera, then you have to start all over. It takes a good 15-20 minutes to delete a 5 second video only to find out the video didn’t delete at all. Using the camera by itself might be useful, you just can’t preview what you recorded on Viidure . You will have to buy a USB adapter for the sim card
stopped working after a month and no one wants to answer any form of contact to try to get it resolved so now I just have a dash cam that doesn't work because Viidure doesn't work (dash cam is still working, its Viidure thats not working so i cant use it at all)
update: still no fix, their customer service is rude and refuses to help because they think there's nothing wrong even though i see multiple people have the same issue. what a waste of money and time.
no videos will save it will just replay the same few videos that i deleted months ago
The instructions really do not help, it says it has a WiFi capability but it gives you no way of setting up a password. The camera pops up in my WiFi settings but when it comes to entering a password that’s where it gets confusing. Is this this another piece of junk electronic from the countries manufacturing company?

Fortunately I received this Dash Cam with WiFi for free and now I know why it was for free. I do not think this lasted in the market for to long.
Probably a lot of returns and money returned to consumers.
So all said, do not waste your time on this dash cam and especially not one cent.
Several things that I don’t like about this dash can is even when plugged in to power you have to turn it on every time you start the car. Also, the picture quality is not that good. It’s supposed to be 720 and has a 1080 setting ( which it doesn’t stay on) but it is no where near that quality. Definitely not worth the money.
Can I get it to connect to Internet? Therefore I really can’t use this to record what I need to do. Otherwise, the camera works fine. I just cannot connect it to my phone via Internet. I have tried all different ways and it will not connect. I am frustrated because the whole purpose of buying this was to connect it to record it for any insurance needs.
I gave it 4 stars because of potential. Viidure has one problem that is driving me crazy. It shows a video and when I click on it, it’s another video. No matter how many times I delete it, it keeps coming back! I hard close it and make it read the card on my camera again. It reads it, and keeps putting the same video back on that was deleted from the camera! The one on the camera I want, won’t get loaded into Viidure !
Please fix this problem. PLEASE!
Good quality camera and easy to use Viidure but I’m having issues when I download my videos Viidure will crash. I think with a smoother app and faster downloading, this would be one of the best dash cams on the market!
I am using an iPhone 14 Pro, as well as a Samsung galaxy S 22 ULTRA and Viidure controls the camera very well and very good resolution. Sound quality is also very good. I have not yet attached the camera to the rear window as there is not much hardware to use to really secure it. Would be a great gift if the developer could send me an attachment so I can have it on a suction cup like the one for the front windshield.
This is an excellent device for the road. It captures all angles, very clear pictures and videos but what I like most is that I can look at my videos and pictures from my phone and download and save them if needed. I would recommend this everyone
Yes,you may call it a “beginner “ dash cam but up to now I haven’t had any issues with it. It gets the job done. I’m a delivery driver and use it all day!! What I’ve found out is that I pause the camera when I get off my truck to make a delivery and then hit play again it connects right away. I was having the same issues that other people have said on here about it’s taking too long to connect, But believe me it will connect faster if you pause it.
This camera is amazing!! It has extremely clear recordings! I love that it accommodates the front & rear!
I had a bit of difficulty trying to add the camera within Viidure ! I finally discovered what the obstacle was! Problem has been resolved & I’m enjoying my new dash cam
I have had no problems with this software. As long as people understand that they need to connect to their camera through the cameras wifi hub, the rest is a cinch.
There was a connection issue with the iPhone 16. And they pushed out two updates since reporting the issue. The last update fixed it!
This an easy an friendly application used to connect to my dash camera. I can easily review the videos recorded, downloaded and storage on my phone.
