It always tells me I don't have the pro benefits and I have to restore it constantly. After all that it'll crash eventually or when I try to upload it'll give me a transcoding error. App is just all sorts of bad.

How to fix VivaCut app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the VivaCut app on iPhone
Update VivaCut app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall VivaCut iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix VivaCut on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve VivaCut network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

VivaCut Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix VivaCut not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the VivaCut App
1. On android, goto Settings » VivaCut » click [Force Stop]

Update VivaCut to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VivaCut App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » VivaCut » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart VivaCut.

Fix VivaCut unable to contact server/ VivaCut internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click VivaCut » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto VivaCut » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch VivaCut
