How to fix Revix app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Revix app on iPhone
Update Revix app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Revix iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Revix on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Revix network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Revix Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Revix not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Revix App
1. On android, goto Settings » Revix » click [Force Stop]

Update Revix to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Revix App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Revix » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Revix.

Fix Revix unable to contact server/ Revix internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Revix » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Revix » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
