Because it’s included in the insurance I had to call them 3 times. 1st time they send me to emergency room and there was a waste of time and money. 2nd time they send my wife to emergency room and we did not go and I called Teladoc, paying 75 w/o insurance and their doctor quickly identified the problem and prescribed medication and he was right. 3rd time a called about my child and doctor sent us to emergency and I did 2nd opinion again with Teladoc. And Teladoc was right again. Doctors in this NaLC health app are incompetent, waste of time and money. I deleted app after 3rd time suggestion for emergency room. It’s just awful. I can also be a doctor like that. Anybody calls me and I just send him to emergency room

Telehealth is the new way to feel better. I don’t have to leave the comfort of
my home. I feel safe know I won’t be judged and the Doctor I’m speaking with is always clear and concise. This is amazing to think waiting in and waiting room and potentially getting something that you can catch in a doctors office, is almost a thing of the past.
