Because it’s included in the insurance I had to call them 3 times. 1st time they send me to emergency room and there was a waste of time and money. 2nd time they send my wife to emergency room and we did not go and I called Teladoc, paying 75 w/o insurance and their doctor quickly identified the problem and prescribed medication and he was right. 3rd time a called about my child and doctor sent us to emergency and I did 2nd opinion again with Teladoc. And Teladoc was right again. Doctors in this NaLC health app are incompetent, waste of time and money. I deleted app after 3rd time suggestion for emergency room. It’s just awful. I can also be a doctor like that. Anybody calls me and I just send him to emergency room

Dr Zoilo Ahad was very helpful. He had excellent communication skills. He took the right amount of time with me. He understood my issues with COVID.

Telehealth is the new way to feel better. I don’t have to leave the comfort of
my home. I feel safe know I won’t be judged and the Doctor I’m speaking with is always clear and concise. This is amazing to think waiting in and waiting room and potentially getting something that you can catch in a doctors office, is almost a thing of the past.

So happy to not have to leave the house & go to hospital ER, or MD office while the world is battling Covid 19.
Doctors are professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate.
Have used the system twice in 9 days. So far very pleased.

Had telecare With a Dr Stephen Schaefer from Florida. He was excellent, took his time and answered all my questions. I was confident speaking with him and would try to get him again in the future if possible.

This was my first time. It was just like being at the doctor’s just no wait, and the very best I did not have to get dressed and go out in the cold. I will certainly use the service and Dr Varner again.
