How to fix SafeSerf app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SafeSerf app on iPhone
Update SafeSerf app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SafeSerf iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SafeSerf on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SafeSerf network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SafeSerf Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SafeSerf not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SafeSerf App
1. On android, goto Settings » SafeSerf » click [Force Stop]

Update SafeSerf to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SafeSerf App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SafeSerf » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SafeSerf.

Fix SafeSerf unable to contact server/ SafeSerf internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SafeSerf » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SafeSerf » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
