Frustrated!

Let me start off with the water is good and reminder calls to let me know when I’m suppose to get my shipment. But that is all. I started up with sierra spring water because being a member with Costco. I wanted to start off with 4, 5 gallons of water each month. I’ve been with them for about 3 months now. I’ve spoken to a number of employees and no one has been able to help. I’m going to stop my services because I’m frustrated with getting more then what I asked for. And I refuse to call to get this fixed one more time, I’m over it. Cancelling is my best next choose.

Website and app no good

Haven’t been able to log in to website for months. The last time I called to ask for help they acted like they had no idea there was something wrong with the website,they just helped set me up with getting invoices emailed as attachment instead of having to logon to access invoices. Just realized one invoice didn’t come in so now my service is suspended and cant log in, I tried MyWater and was able to log in to pay but MyWater is useless for anything else. I can’t see invoices,can’t see my account info t change login info, cant see payment history. Website and app both need a lot of work, this day in age can’t see why calling and waiting on hold is the only option if you need access to your account.

We asked, you didn’t deliver.

MyWater is somewhat functional. It’s essentially a web app in a branded container, but at that, a poor substitute for the web site, or speaking to a rep on the phone (if you can get through to one). Want to see past deliveries? Not so much. Want to see a calendar of your upcoming delivery schedule, or be able to print one out? Not so much. You CAN see your next delivery date on the main page, and a list view if you click on “Future Orders.” Want to be notified if your delivery schedule is going to be arbitrarily changed from the day it’s been delivered for over a decade? Not so much. Want to chat with Support? Not so much. It’s just kind of a weak app. Just, not so much.

I have had nothing but problems with logging on to you app

It’s hit or miss but mostly a miss.

So some think MyWater does very well, but others it does very poorly. Unfortunately it seems to be getting worse. For example MyWater makes it very easy to view your bill. But say that you actually want to contact a person about that bill MyWater will freeze in the contact us option and give you a Endless loading bar. So about 50% of MyWater works well. Which is not enough for me to give it a good rating. I have to force quit your app three times during a single use try again.

Best app ever,

FYI login to your account 48 hours or 2 days before your next regular delivery day and confirm your request, you can skip delivery, add or delete products and at end just hit confirm, it works trust me or on your delivery day just leave a sticky note for the driver, remember bless other and you will be bless, *your driver is a commission pay base employee*. Thank you

Failure - fix it or stop advertising it

I recently became a customer of sparkletts and downloaded MyWater as instructed. When creating the online account, the website gave me an error. After over an hour on hold, a customer service rep deleted my account and restarted it. I can log in to the website, but MyWater asks me to “verify your email address before logging in.” THERE IS NO WAY TO DO THIS!!! This system is broken. Stop advertising it as a convenience. It has cost me a ridiculous amount of time wasted on hold with your understaffed company.

Still a failure

For the past several months MyWater fails to show me anything regarding deliveries, past or future. The only thing that it can consistently do is throw up an error dialog with a message to contact someone, as well as indicate that my next delivery is sometime in 1969 - absolutely useless app. Also, if one does try to call the number given to contact service, good luck getting a useful response. They are better off pulling MyWater until it resembles something useful, and would rate 0 stars if possible.

App & website don’t work, no one will answer the phone

This used to be a great app, site, and service. Not sure what happened. Now MyWater doesn’t work. I can’t modify my order. The website doesn’t work either. I emailed but no answered. I’ve tried calling three times. I’m on hold for 15-30 minutes before I have to hang up and move on with my life. It’s absolutely ridiculous. If they don’t get this fixed in the next two weeks I have to drop the service and go to a different company.

Hours waisted

I have been on hold twice today the first time for 45 minutes got disconnect and the second time I’m currently have been on hold for 30 minutes. Went to try and email the company thought the website that doesn’t work either. If anyone has an ideas on how to actually get into contact with this company please share somewhere! MyWater along with the website doesn’t work. The also have multiple numbers to call which one do I call!

Great app!!

MyWater is great! Simple and smooth. As soon as I downloaded it, it logged me in automatically from my keychain info. Worked flawlessly. Very glad they have this water app. Much easier to change my order, pay my bill ect…very happy!

Don’t subscribe to this service

Two of my last three deliveries were delayed repeatedly and then ultimately cancelled and removed with no message from the company. They routinely deliver the incorrect number of cooler bottles and then didn’t refund a deposit for one of the bottles they picked up for return. I was waiting to speak to an operator about my latest missing delivery for an hour before my phone battery was exhausted. Just terrible service.

Doesn’t work

What is the point of having MyWater if it doesn’t even work? You can’t log in to pay your bill or even order. When I log in, it is just a blank screen. MyWater has been installed a couple of time and the data has been cleared to ensure a fresh install, same results. You either have to use a desktop or spend an eternity waiting on hold for customer service.

A Way to Use Your Phone!

Do you want a more complicated way to get to the customer service phone number? Download MyWater ! You can’t do anything useful through it, and it doesn’t help manage your account at all, but you can click on the phone number to get placed on hold and listen to ads for MyWater while you wait to ask someone to replace your broken equipment. It’s truly a way to use your phone!

Worst service ever

Just waiting for the water for more than a week. There is no feedback if they going to cancel delivery for whatever the reason. You will just know this post fact. Hot line don’t know anything and just kept apologizing with out any clue of what actually happen with you delivery. And yes even if you try to order through app it will not be possible you still have to call them.

Supposed to receive my delivery no one show up also after call phone support after 25 minutes on hold they said sorry with delivery for next week and supposed I talked with manager but after long hold again phone disconnected interesting how they do business zero*customer service and management of this company I’m sorry for you

Very poor account services

I have not been able to log into my account for over a year, due to the buggy web services associated with this company. When I was finally able to log into MyWater , I could not access any of my account deliveries or account billing options. Please hire competent developers and customer service providers to remedy this issue.

Broken App

I have Sparkletts Water Service. MyWater is supposed to allow me to manage my account. But I can’t even login as it just says Verify Email Address and offers no button or solution to start that. It’s just a home screen with no way to interact with it. Completely broken and useless. There isn’t even a way to contact someone on that screen. What’s the point.

Found MyWater on my first bill so I can communicate with me delivery and pick up. Tried to log in, but says can’t log in till I add my email address.. There is NO WHERE to do such a thing.. it’s a complete waste of time Beto DONT think you really listened... So I deleted, reinstalled and still the same issue.... guess you need to listen more... I’m deleting MyWater

Frustrating app

Interface is terrible. Would be great if I didn’t need to log in every time I wanted to check MyWater . Face or fingerprint authentication would be helpful. App is not user friendly. More often than not when I make changes, it doesn’t go through to the driver. Leaving a post it with my empty bottles is more reliable than MyWater.

MyWater is lean and mean! It allows me to do exactly what I need to be in total control of my water delivery service. I can edit upcoming deliveries and look up different products to add to my orders.

No landscape mode on iPad

There is no landscape mode on iPad! This makes it difficult when the iPad is in a keyboard stand as mine. For me it is useless this way, sorry. Needs to be worked on by you guys!
